屏東縣國中教師對中等技職教育的認知與實踐研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解屏東縣國中教師對中等技職教育的認知與實踐的現況及不同背景變項之屏東縣國中教師於中等技職教育的認知與實踐的差異情形,並探究屏東縣國中教師對中等技職教育的認知與實踐之關係。本研究以屏東縣國中教師為研究對象,透過研究者編定之「屏東縣國中教師中等技職教育認知與實踐調查表」作為研究工具,並抽取屏東縣國中教師338位進行問卷調查,回收有效問卷326份。依據調查資料以描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及多元迴歸分析等統計方法處理,依據資料分析結果,獲得研究發現與結論如下: 一、屏東縣國中教師對於中等技職教育具有中等程度以上的認知,其中又以「國中技藝教育」層面最為清楚明瞭。 二、屏東縣國中教師對於中等技職教育具有中等程度的實踐,其中又以「鼓勵學生就讀中等技職教育」層面落實程度較佳。 三、性別、年齡、求學經歷(中等教育求學經歷)、擔任職務、行政業務及學校規模等六個主、次要背景變項在中等技職教育的認知上達到部分顯著差異。 四、求學經歷(最高學歷、中等教育求學經歷)、任教科別/領域、擔任職務及行政業務等五個主、次要背景變項在中等技職教育的實踐上達到部分顯著差異。 五、屏東縣國中教師對中等技職教育認知之各層面中,以「高職」對其中等技職教育實踐之整體與各層面具有最佳預測力。 最後,根據研究發現與結論提出相關建議,以做為教育主管機關、國中教師及未來研究者之參考。 關鍵字:中等技職教育、認知、實踐

The purposes of this study are to explore the current status of the understanding and the practice about secondary vocational education among junior high school teachers in Pingtung County, to investigate the difference between the understanding and the practices according to the teachers’ different backgrounds, and to examine the correlation between the inderstanding and the practice. The subjects of this study are junior high school teachers in Pingtung County, who filled out “The questionnaire of the understanding and practices of secondary vocational education among junior high school teachers” made by the researcher; 338 questionaires were administered, and 326 of them were valid. The data of this questionnaire were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-tests, one-way analysis of variance, and the multiple regression analysis. And the findings are as follows: The findings are as follows: 1. The level of junior high school teachers’ understanding about secondary vocational education was moderately high, with the highest level of understanding of “the technical education in junior high school.” 2. The level of junior high school teachers’ practices about secondary vocational education was moderately high, with the highest level of practice in “encouraging students to attend secondary vocational education.” 3. There were partially significant differences between the understanding of junior high school teachers with different sexes, ages, the secondary education experiences, job positions, administrative positions, their school scales. 4. There were partially significant differences between the practice of junior high school teachers with different the highest education, the secondary education experiences, teaching subjects, job positions, administrative positions. 5. Among all dimensions of the teachers’ understanding about secondary vocational education,” vocational high school” had the most powerful predictability of the practice among secondary vocational education. Based on the findings, some suggestions were provided for the education authorities, teachers in junior high school, and future studies.
