騎乘者對西臨港線自行車道滿意度、休閒涉入及休閒效益之研究

Studies on the Satisfaction, Leisure Involvement and Benefits of Cyclists at West Side Harbor Line Bike Path in Kaohsiung City

摘要


本研究旨為分析高雄市西臨港自行車道的騎乘者對設施滿意度、休閒涉入及休閒效益之感受。於2012年5月以便利抽樣方式共調查270位騎乘者,有效問卷為244份。分析結果發現:騎乘者認為西臨港線自行車道具有水岸景觀、鐵道歷史、植栽綠美化等遊憩空間具有特色。其次,受訪者認為自行車運動具有健康形象,在過程中可展現個人自信、擁有健康、關心環境及認識新朋友,值得鼓勵推廣。再者,由於中年族群投入自行車運動的時間較多,因此對休閒設施滿意度、休閒涉入的程度及休閒效益的體驗感受,均明顯高於年輕族群;行為涉入程度越高者越能感受自行車運動的益處,因此在休閒涉入的社會心理層面與休閒效益,均明顯多於涉入程度較低者。因此本研究乃針對自行車道之缺點如:車道寬度需拓寬,確保騎乘者與行人雙向通行時有足夠的活動空間;增加自行車專用號誌燈的夜間綠燈時間,讓騎乘者能安全的通過路口;車道木板鋪面需維持平整,降低車體激烈震動與騎乘者發生摔車的問題;方向指示牌需有顯目的外型,吸引騎乘者與行人的目光等提出建議,以做為改進之參考。

The purpose of this research was aimed to study the satisfaction of cyclists riding at the West Side Harbor Line Bike Path, feelings of leisure involvement and benefits. A total of 270 cyclists were surveyed by convenient random sampling method during May, 2012 and from which a total of 244 effective copies of questionnaire sheets were obtained. Analyzed data showed that cyclists agreed that the leisure space of waterfront landscape, history of rail road, and planting landscape along the path are unique and specific. Questionnaire respondents also agreed that cycling has the image of health, personal confidence, owning the health and acquaintance of new friends can be shown during riding that worth to be encouraged and extended. Furthermore, the middle aged cyclists that had more time input in cycling had significant higher facilities satisfaction, leisure involvement and experienced feeling of benefits than that of young one. People that had higher behavior involvement had higher feelings on the advantages of cycling. Hence, in the social-psychological aspects, the deeper the leisure involvement the higher the feeling of the benefits of cycling that was significant higher than that of lower leisure involvement. Therefore, the suggestion such as the path width should be broadened to ensure both of the rider and pedestrian had enough space in two way passing; extending the time duration of green light at night to give cyclists more safety when crossing; wood paved way should be smooth and flat to decrease the huge shaking and vibration of the bike and the body fall from bike; and the need of significant direction sign to attract the attention of both of cyclists and pedestrians were proposed for further improvement of shortcomings.
