國中數學教師人格特質、職場友誼與工作承諾之關係

摘 要 學號:N10170008 論文名稱:國中數學教師人格特質、職場友誼與工作承諾之關係 總頁數:155 學校名稱:國立屏東科技大學 所別:技術及職業教育研究所 畢業時間及摘要別:102 學年度第 2 學期 碩士學位論文摘要 研究生:薛玫芳 指導教授:吳雅玲 博士 論文摘要: 本研究旨在探討國中數學教師的人格特質、職場友誼與工作承諾之關係。以問卷調查法對屏東縣市公立國中 102 年度之公立國民中學(含完全中學國中部)之數學教師進行研究,共發出問卷 324 份,回收有效問卷 304 份。本研究係依據研究目的及文獻,自編「國中數學教師人格特質、職場友誼與工作承諾之關係」問卷以為研究工具。所得資料以SPSS19 進行描述性統計分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、單因子多變量變異數分析及多元迴歸分析。主要研究結果如下: 一、屏東縣市公立國中數學教師具有正向人格特質,其中以親和性程度最高。 二、屏東縣市公立國中數學教師職場友誼關係良好密切。 三、屏東縣市公立國中數學教師具備略偏正向積極的工作承諾。 四、不同性別之屏東縣市公立國中數學教師的「情緒穩定性」及「外向穩健性」之 人格特質有顯著差異。 五、不同服務年資之屏東縣市公立國中數學教師職場友誼有顯著差異。 六、不同性別、職務之屏東縣市公立國中數學教師工作承諾有顯著差異。 七、屏東縣市公立國中數學教師人格特質、職場友誼對工作承諾具有預測力,且職 場友誼對人格特質與工作承諾之關係具中介效果。 根據上述結果,本研究提出相關建議,以供教師、學校及政府相關單位及未來進一步研究之參考。 關鍵字:國中數學教師、人格特質、職場友誼、工作承諾

Abstract Student ID : N10170008 Title of Thesis :The Relationship among Personality Characteristics,Workplace Friendship and Job Commitment of Junior High School Math Teachers Total Pages : 155 Name of Institute :Graduate Institute of Technological and Vocational Education, NPUST Date of Graduation :June,2014 Degree Conferred : Master Name of Student : Mei-Fang Hsueh Advisor : Dr. Ya-ling Wu Abstract : The main purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships among personality characteristics, workplace friendship and job commitment of junior high school Math teachers. To collect data, this study utilized questionnaire surveys on Math teachers of junior high school in Pingtung area. Data were collected from a random sampling questionnaire survey of 304 Math teachers of junior high school. Statistic techniques employed in the study included descriptive statistics, t- test, one-way ANOVA, one-way MANOVA and regressive analysis. Based on the research results, the major conclusions of this study were as follows. 1. Junior high school Math teachers had positive personality characteristics. 2. The workplace friendship was well and intimate among junior high school Math teachers. 3. Junior high school Math teachers held slightly positive job commitment. 4. The emotional stability and extraversion of personality characteristics were different with their sex among junior high school Math teachers. 5. The workplace friendship was different with their service years among junior high school Math teachers. 6. The job commitment was different with their sex and post among junior high school Math teachers. 7. The personality characteristics and workplace friendship are the significant predictors of job commitment Moreover, the workplace friendship has mediating effect on the relationship between personality characteristics and job commitment among junior high school Math teachers.
