運動應用程式對糖尿病患者身體活動量與血液生化值之影響

Effects of Exercise Application Program on Physical Activity and Biochemistry Parameters among Diabetes Mellitus Patients

摘要


本研究主要探討運動應用程式的可行性及使用運動應用程式12周,對糖尿病個案提高身體活動與血液生化值控制之成效。以高屏地區定期接受糖尿病醫療照護之糖尿病個案為研究對象,將個案分成維持原本生活型態的個案、使用使本記錄12周的個案、使用運動應用程式12周的個案。量化部分以平均數來做比較,質性部分以三角測定法進行分析,將結果歸納為:(一)運動應用程式的功能影響個案之使用意願。(二)量化部分:使用運動應用程式的個案,其空腹血糖與平均血糖有下將之趨勢,而運動總時間及運動次數有增加之趨勢。(三)質性部分:使用運動應用程式對於血液生化值的控制沒幫助,對於身體活動量的增加有些許幫助。

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of the 12-weeks intervention of exercise-App used and feasibility on diabetes patients’ physical activity and biochemistry parameters. The participant was patients with regular diabetes care from Pingtung County and Kaohsiung City. Subjects were divided into 3 groups, such as maintain the lifestyle, used paper recorded, and used exercise-App. The quantitative data were analyzed by average, while the qualitative data were analyzed by constant comparative and triangulation method. The results of this study were indicated that 1. effects of willingness to the application was the functional, 2. used the application could help showed significant improve in fasting blood sugar and average glucose, the total time for exercise and the number of exercise were increase, and 3. used the App could help subjects to improve their physical activity, while the biochemistry parameters did not show the significance.
