移民女性職業訓練學習經驗、就業態度及就業力之探究

A Study of Learning Experiences of Vocational Training, Employment Attitude, and Employability among Immigrant Women

摘要


本研究旨在探討參與移民女性職訓專班移民女性學員之職業訓練學習經驗、就業態度及就業力之關係。以問卷調查法對移民女性職訓專班結訓學員進行研究,共發出問卷649份,有效回收問卷604份。研究問卷包含基本資料、職業訓練學習經驗量表、就業態度量表及就業力量表等四部分。所得資料進行描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數及迴歸分析。主要研究結果如下: 一、移民女性普遍具有正向的職業訓練學習經驗、積極的就業態度、自覺擁有較高的就業力。 二、移民女性職業訓練學習經驗因來臺時間、身分證取得、課程時數及技能證照取得不同而有所差異。 三、移民女性就業態度因來臺時間、有無子女、身分證取得、職訓前在臺工作經驗、課程時數及技能證照取得不同而有所差異。 四、移民女性就業力因來臺時間、職訓前在臺工作經驗、課程時數及技能證照取得不同而有所差異。 五、移民女性就業態度對職業訓練學習經驗與就業力之關係具部分中介效果。 本研究最後根據研究結論提出建議,以供職業訓練單位、移民女性及未來進一步研究之參考。

This study aims to investigate the relationships among the learning experiences of vocational training, employment attitudes, and employability of immigrant women. To gather data, this study utilized questionnaire surveys on immigrant women of vocational training centers. A total of 604 useful samples were randomly collected. Statistic techniques employed in the study included descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, t- test and regressive analysis. Based on the research results, the major conclusions of this study were as follows: 1. Immigrant women owned positive learning experiences of vocational training, positive employment attitudes and high level of employability. 2. Immigrant women’s learning experiences of vocational training was different with their length of staying in Taiwan, identification, learning hours, and obtaining certificates. 3. Immigrant women’s employment attitudes were different with their length of staying in Taiwan, the number of children, identification, working experience, learning hours, and obtaining certificates. 4. Immigrant women’s employability was different with their length of staying in Taiwan, working experience, learning hours, and obtaining certificates. 5. Employment attitudes have the mediating effect on the relationship between learning experiences of vocational training and employability among immigrant women.
