我國海軍艦艇軍官工作適應、家庭關係與工作投入之研究

A Research on Job adaptation, Family Relationships and Job Involvement of ROC Naval Officers

摘要


本研究的旨在為探討我國海軍艦艇軍官工作適應、家庭關係與工作投入之相關研究。為達研究目的,首先收集相關文獻,加以整理、歸納,從而建立研究架構與問卷內容,並採用問卷調查法蒐集資料並加以統計分析,以探討變項間之關係。 本研究問卷共分四部份,包含基本資料、工作適應量表、家庭關係量表及工作投入量表等。本研究以102年現於海軍艦艇部隊服役之軍官幹部為研究樣本對象並予以問卷調查。本研究共回收356份問卷,有效問卷率為96.2%。本研究採用描述性統計、t考驗,單因子變異數分析,積差相關分析、多元逐步迴歸分析等加以分析資料,並針對結果予以討論而獲得結論。研究結果如下: 一、我國海軍艦艇軍官擁有正向之工作適應態度,但角色明確性仍需努力加強。 二、我國海軍艦艇軍官擁有正向之家庭關係。 三、我國海軍艦艇軍官擁有明確的工作投入。 四、性別、年齡、最高學歷、階級、目前擔任職務、服務艦艇累計年資等背景變項在工作適應上達顯著差異,而在有無婚姻關係與有無子女變項則未達顯著差異。 五、不同背景變項之海軍艦艇軍官僅性別變項在家庭關係上達顯著差異,其餘年齡、有無婚姻關係、有無子女、最高學歷、階級、目前擔任職務、服務艦艇累計年資等,皆未達顯著差異。 六、年齡、有無婚姻關係、階級、服務艦艇累計年資等背景變項在工作投入上達顯著差異,而在性別、有無子女、最高學歷等則未達顯著差異。 七、工作適應與工作投入有顯著的正相關。 八、工作適應與家庭關係有顯著的正相關。 九、家庭關係與工作投入有顯著的正相關。 十、我國海軍艦艇軍官工作適應與家庭關係對工作投入具有顯著預測力,且家庭關係對工作適應與工作投入之關係具部分中介效果。

The main purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships among job adaptation, family relationships and job involvement of ROC naval officers. To achieve the purpose, the researcher collected, organized, and summarized relevant literature in order to establish the research framework and to develop the questionnaire. The study used questionnaires to collect data to investigate the relationship between the variables. The questionnaire was divided into four parts, including basic information, work adjustment scale, family relationships and job involvement scale.The participants of this study are serving as naval military officers. Three hundred and fifty-six questionnaires were returned, and the effective rate was 96.2%. Statistical methods were used to analyze data, including t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The following are the conclusions of this study: 1. ROC naval officers have positive job adaptation. 2. ROC naval officers have positive family relationships. 3. ROC naval officers have positive job involvement. 4. ROC navy officers’ job adaptation was different with their sex, age, educational level, class, position, and service warships. 5. ROC navy officers’ family relationship was different with their sex. 6. ROC navy officers’ job involvement was different with their age, marital relationship , class, position, and service warships. 7. There was a significant positive correlation relationship between the job adaptation and job involvement. 8. There was a significant positive correlation relationship between the job adaptation and family relationships. 9. There was a significant positive correlation relationship between the family relationships and job involvement. 10. The job adaptation and family relationship are the significant predictors of job involvement. Moreover, the family relationships have the mediating effect on the relationship between job adaptation and job involvement among ROC naval officers.
