高職機械科專題製作課程實施方式、成效與困境之研究

A Study on the Relationship Among the Implementation, Effect, and Dilemma of Special Project in Mechanical Engineering at Vocational High Schools

摘要


本研究旨在探討高職機械科專題製作課程的實施方式、實施成效與 實施困境。本研究採用問卷調查法,以屏東、高雄與臺南學校所在地設 有高職機械科學校之教師,進行問卷調查,問卷發出123 份,共計回收 106 份,有效問卷105 份,回收率86.18%,並以描述性統計、單一樣本t 檢定與單因子變異數分析等方法分析資料。 本研究結果發現:一、專題製作課程「實施方式」發現,多數偏向 不諮詢其他教師與教授且多數教師鼓勵學生參與競賽;二、專題製作課 程「實施成效」發現,教師教學方式自主及學生能從其中得到課本以外 的知識與經驗;三、專題製作課程「實施困境」發現,學生欠缺研究的 相關經驗、學生欠缺口頭報告能力、任課教師之教學負擔更為加重與專 題製作課程開設於高三,面臨畢業學生較無意願參加比賽;學校所在地 與服務年資在「專題製作」課程實施成效有顯著差異。 本研究根據研究結果,針對教授專題製作課程教師、實施學校與教 育行政主管機關提出建議,冀能對提高專題製作的實施成效有所裨益。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the conducting methods, the implementation effects, and the dilemmas of Special Project in the Mechanical Engineering at vocational high schools. Based on the questionnaires surveyed from teachers of Mechanical Engineering at vocational high schools, the statistics was collected and analyzed afterwards. 123 questionnaires were given out, 106 of which were taken back, and 105 were effective questionnaires to achieve the recovery of 86.18%. Then the approaches of descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, and one-way ANOVA were used in this study to analyze the collected data. The findings of the study are as follows: 1. For “the conducting methods” of Special Project: there are more teachers tend to not consulting with other teacher peers or professors, and more teachers would like to encourage students to participate the competitions. 2. For “the implementation effects” of Special Project: teachers can teach individually and independently; besides, aside from the formal curriculum, students can learn more knowledge and experience 3. For “the dilemmas” of Special Project: (1) students are in a lack of the experiences related to the project and the oral report abilities; (2) the teachers in charge of such courses have more teaching loadings; (3) Practical Project Work curriculums are scheduled to be instructed in the senior year in vocational high schools, which causes students to be less willing to participate such competitions; (4) there is an abvious difference between the locations of schools, teachers’ teaching years, and the the implementation effects of Special Project. According to the findings of this study, we offer references for the teachers and the schools that instruct Special Project, and the educational administrative authorities. We hope that such references could be helpful in enhancing the implementation effects of Special Project.
