The domestic correlation movement training research majority of all is conducts the research by the questionnaire survey quantification form, but the research which carries on in view of the basketball training life story very few may count by the nature way, in addition, coach in the middle of the rich life course has contained between many self-feeling, the mind change and the human and human's fetters, therefore, this research selects the method which narrated, attempts to seek in “say the story”, found in “the sharing story”.The researcher from already the student player's no use to inquiry start which graduates, the unceasing backward former life chapter and the essential event, middle hoped experiences from the complex rich training catches and quenches takes out the correlation the essence, and the high recollection fragment and in the middle of the correlation personnel's interview explores gradually, experiences the vein thoroughly, narrated the self-investment country small basketball 11 years training experiences.The findings discovered that,(1) “the self-awareness”, “the basketball addiction” and “trains the external mind strength which the heart” constitutes, with “the dear ones, the friendship, the partner sentiment”, “the essential event fetters” constitutes the intrinsic mind strength to build maintains my basketball training the mind strength fortress.(2) researcher works by the teacher identity holding a concurrent post basketball training, simultaneously is acting the teacher and coach's role, (3) teacher in the education course, entrusts with frequently many kinds of role duty, this usually can cause the teacher role the conflict and the contradiction, only if elementary school's specially appointed movement training system can promote the realization, otherwise such role conflict situation cannot stop. The researcher in the unceasing conflict and in the exploration role migration, seeks the teacher and coach the role balance point, so can relax the negative influence which the teacher and coach's role conflict brings, creates the teacher to hold a concurrent post the training forward multi-dimensional value.
