本研究以一台簡易型紅外線熱影像分析系統進行鋪設路面拍照,從拍照的每一張圖像中可獲得數千筆溫度資訊,研究者將這些資訊利用管理技術,以研判資訊之差異性,並依據現場工程人員所提供之工程專業,以輔助工程專業資訊。本研究發現使用熱影像分析系統可以瞭解瀝青混合料溫度之均勻性,提供瀝青拌和廠對於瀝青混合料拌和與其品質管控之正確資訊。在運輸過程中,發現有帆布的瀝青混合料之溫度較高,而未有帆布之瀝青混合料其溫度則較低,因此運輸方式影響到瀝青混合料之品質;另外,發現人孔蓋附近之瀝青混合料溫度較低,透過紅外線熱影像所提供之資訊,可快速且精確地判斷出人孔蓋的位置,減少不必要之工時浪費。
In this research, an infrared thermal imager system is applied to take images of paving pavement. Each image provides lots of temperature information of asphalt mixture during the processes of transporting and paving. Management technology is used to evaluate the differences in the information. This evaluated information combining with the professional engineering assistance provided by in-situ engineers are helpful for engineering construction. Moreover, the thermal imager system can provide the uniform temperature distribution of asphalt mixture in which is helpful for asphalt mixing plant to control the quality of mixture. In the process of transporting, asphalt mixture covered with canvas has a higher temperature distribution than that of with no cover of canvas. It implies that the transporting mode influences the quality of asphalt mixture. Moreover, results of thermal imager system show that the temperature distribution of asphalt mixture around manhole is lower than that with no manhole area. Hence, it suggests that manhole can be swiftly and accurately located by applying thermal imager system in which can save time to detect manhole comparing with other methods.
