依據克里斯.安德森之免費理論來看,不難發現在現行商業模式中運用是相當廣泛,尤其在經濟不景氣的情況下,對消費者來說「免費」是一種極具吸引力的行銷方式。 在克里斯.安德森的免費四大模式中,其中的「三方系統」(Third-Party Payment),也就是第三人付款,是以參與前兩方之間因免費交換所創造出來的經濟市場,是為多數科技媒體業所運用。本研究所運用之免費模式利用「設計思考」(Design thinking)方法創意發想,建構出本研究之創新商業模式。 本研究所提出的商業模式乃運用手機行動上網功能建立APP平台,提供消費者廠商所推出新商品的免費試用品,另對廠商提供消費者商品使用後心得分析及廣告行銷效果,是以運用免費的力量,創造三方永續經營的供需迴圈。 最後運用深度訪談方式,從廠商處獲得相關看法,以驗證其可行性並探討後續研究建議。
According to “The buckshee theory ” proposed by Chris Anderson, it is not difficult to find that “buckshee” is widely used in business nowadays. Especially for the slumped economic situation, “buckshee” is quite attractive to consumers. In Anderson’s four buckshee modes, “three-party system”, known as “Third-Party Payment” , is an economic market created by two parties who exchange freely. It is adopted by most of technological media companies as well. We used this modes and utilized the idea of “Design Thinking” to establish an innovative business model. The proposed business model is based on an APP of mobile device, which offers consumer’s new product and provides an opportunity for manufacturer to test the new merchandises for market acceptance. It uses the power of buckshee and create three-party sustainable management. Finally we did depth interviews, getting the interrelated ideas from the manufacturers, to verify the feasibility of the new business mode, and obtain the follow-up research suggestions.
