本研究旨在探討處理聚眾活動之警政領導權力、領導信任與部屬工作投入之關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,以保安警察第五總隊為施測對象,依領導層級進行分層隨機抽樣,一共發出670份問卷,並計回收有效問卷630份,有效回收率為94%,問卷回收後以SPSS for Windows 22.0進行統計資料分析,使用的統計方法包括描述性統計、信度與因素分析、皮爾森(Pearson)相關分析及階層迴歸分析。 根據資料分析,歸納本研究結果如下: 一、領導權力對部屬工作投入具有顯著之影響。 二、領導權力對部屬領導信任具有顯著之影響。 三、領導信任對部屬工作投入具有顯著之影響。 最後,根據研究結論,提出相關的研究建議供警政領導之各級領導幹部及後續研究者參考。
The purpose of this study focused on the relationships among Processing Power of Policing Led in Leadership,Trust in Leadership and subordinates’ Job Involvement in societal rallies. The questionnaire survey method was adopted in this study. The sample in the study included the Fifth Special Police Corps. Through stratified random sampling based on the leadership hierarchies,a total of 670 questionnaires were distributed to the police from the Fifth Special Police Corps. Out of the 670 questionnaires,630 copies were valid,reaching the retrieving rate of 94%. The data were analyzed by SPSS for Windows 22.0,and processed by descriptive statistics,reliability analysis,factor analysis,pearson correlation coefficient analysis and hierarchical regression. According to the results of the data analysis,the following conclusions were derived: 1.Processing power of policing led bases in leadership significantly influences subordinates’ job involvement. 2.Processing power of policing led bases in leadership significantly influences trust in leadership. 3.Trust in leadership significantly influences subordinates’ job involvement. Eventually, based on the above results, some suggestions for leading cadres at all levels of police leadership, and references for further researchers can be offered by the study.
