本研究旨在探討企業附設幼兒園之相關經營管理問題,並研擬可行之精進方案,採用個案研究法,選取3家榮獲行政院勞委會評鑑特優之企業附設幼兒園為研究對象,進行文獻分析、檔案資料整理、實地參訪,並與園長進行深度訪談,瞭解相關經營管理問題,並研擬出可行之精進方案。 一、企業附設幼兒園主要目的在於滿足員工需求與福利。 二、企業預附設幼兒園時未長期性善加規劃而設立。 三、企業附設幼兒園缺乏專業管理人才。 四、企業附設幼兒園經營理念重在保育,不重教育。 五、企業附設幼兒園因應內、外環境變化未有所策略。 六、政府法規提高企業附設幼稚園經營難度。 最後本研究根據研究結論分別對幼兒園經營者、幼兒教育主管機關、及未來研究提出建議。
