本研究主要在探討台中市自行車道之遊客特質與遊憩滿意度及忠誠度之間的關係,藉由問卷調查分析了解遊客的感受,並檢驗台中市自行車專用道之遊客對自行車專用道路之使用滿意度及忠誠度,以了解遊客特質在遊憩滿意度及忠誠度差異情形,同時亦探討遊憩滿意度及忠誠度之相關性。並針對研究結果提出相關建議,以作為未來台中市自行車道規劃之參考。 本研究結果發現多數受訪者以「專程」到台中市自行車道騎乘的居多,且多半利用週末或例假日。受訪者屬性方面,以女性佔大多數;年齡層以26~35歲居多;教育程度以大學最多;職業類別以軍公教居多;婚姻狀況以已婚、有小孩明顯高於其他各類別。平均收入以40,001-60,000元最多;而居住地為台中市為主。在台中市自行車道遊憩滿意度方面呈現中高程度。在受訪者中,以「對於到台中市自行車道騎乘車能達到健康的目的」所佔比例最高,其次為「認為到台中市自行車道騎車可以參訪具有自然景緻的景點」。在台中市自行車道遊憩忠誠度方面皆達到中高的程度。在受訪者中,以「願意遵守市政府的管理辦法」為最高,其次為「願意依循市政府的規劃使用相關的遊憩設施或建議行程」等項,其中「願意參與市政府所特別規劃的相關推廣活動」及「願意將台中市自行車道推薦給親朋好友」則意願較低。從調查結果發現,台中市自行車道遊客特質對台中市自行車道的遊忠誠度為主要影響之特性且遊憩滿意度及遊憩忠誠度具有顯著正相關。根據迴歸分析方法檢驗數據結果得知,遊憩滿意度對遊憩忠誠度有顯著影響,因此驗證台中市自行車道遊客遊憩滿意度對遊憩忠誠度具有顯著正向影響。
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among the tourist’s attributes, satisfaction, and loyalty in Taichung’s bike trails. The questionnair is used to know the tourist’s feelings, satisfaction and loyalty, to tell the differences of satisfaction and loyalty among different tourist’s attributes, and to explore the relationship between satisfication and loyalty in Taichung’s bike trails. According to the result, some suggestions were proposed on the research purposes for future planning of Taichung’s bike trails. The majority of the interviewee have “special trips” to Taichung’s bike trails during the weekend or vacation. On the aspect of personal attributes, the majority of the interviewee are female, the ages are 26~35 years old, the levels of education are university, the occupation are public servants, the marital status are married without child, the average monthly income are NT 40,001-60,000, the residence are in Taichung city. The toursit’s satisfaction of Taichung’s bike trails is high-intermediate. The highest satisfaction of the interviewee is “riding in Taichung’s bike trails can achieve the purpose of health”. The second one is “riding in Taichung’s bike trails can visit the nature scenery”. The toursit’s loyalty of Taichung’s bike trails is high-intermediate. The highest loyalty of the interviewee is “willing to obey the administration of the municipal government”. The second one is “willing to use the facilities or have itinerary by the planning of municipal government”. On the other hand, “willing to participate the promotions of municipal government” and “willing to recommend Taichung’s bike trails to relatives and friends” are relatively low. Different tourist’s attributes have significant differences in tourist’s loyalty. Tourist’s satisfaction and loyalty are positively correlated. According to the analysis of regression, the tourist’s satisfication positively influences the tourist’s loyalty. The result verifies that tourist’s satisfication have positive influence on tourist’s loyalty.
