本研究旨在了解大學生「幽默風格」、「情緒智力」與「學業挫折容忍力」之現況,研究中使用「多向度幽默感量表」、「情緒管理量表」及「學業挫折容忍力量表」作為研究工具,採「問卷調查法」,採分層隨機抽樣的方式,以中部某大學院校之大學生為研究母體,發出400份問卷,其中有效問卷為302份,有效問卷回收率為75.5%。有效問卷應用因素分析、多變項變異數分析、皮爾森相關分析、多元逐步回歸分析與路徑分析等方法考驗研究之假設。依據分析的結果,本研究共獲致下列四項結論,分別為下: 一、提升幽默理解能力與幽默因應能力可以改善學生管理自己情緒的能力。 二、幽默因應能力及幽默態度較好的學生比較能夠忍受學業挫折。 三、提升情緒智力可以增強學業挫折的容忍力。
This study aims to explore the relationship among humor styles, emotional intelligence, and academic frustration tolerance of college students as well as to analyze how different background variables affect these three factors. Questionnaires were used to collect data. The participants were students randomly chosen from a college in central Taiwan. The number of effective questionnaires returned was 302, which were statistically analyzed by means of factor analysis, MANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis, multiple stepwise regression analysis, and path analysis. (1) A significant correlation among humor styles, emotional intelligence, and academic frustration tolerance of the students was noted. (2) The students’ academic frustration tolerance could be predicted from their humor styles and emotional intelligence. (3) Certain aspects of humor styles brought about higher academic frustration tolerance, and similarly, higher emotional intelligence played a positive role in the students’ academic frustration tolerance.
