農業旅遊動機、休閒效益對重遊意願影響之研究-以苗栗縣大湖鄉薑麻園為例

摘要

本研究主要在探討大湖鄉薑麻園休閒園區遊客參與農業旅遊的動機、休閒效益與重遊意願之間的關係。採問卷調查方式，便利抽樣薑麻園休閒園區的遊客，以進行資料蒐集，共得397份有效問卷。並以SPSS統計套裝軟體進行統計分析與檢定，所採用的統計方法有敘述統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、因素分析等統計方法，再藉由迴歸分析來瞭解農業旅遊動機因素及休閒效益因素對重遊意願是否成正相關。研究結果發現：
1.遊客年齡集中於21-40歲之間的中壯年而且未婚之女性族群。其教育程度以大學程度為多數，職業以軍公教及服務業為主。平均收入為20,001-40,000元之間，居住地點以中部地區居多數並自行開車為主。到薑麻園休閒園區旅遊過的次數以1-2次為多數，伴侶以家人及親戚者居多，並前往農業地區觀賞節慶活動為主要目的。2.遊客整體休閒效益以調整精神維持健康體能為主要目的4.重遊意願以「建議親友到薑麻園休閒園區來遊玩」平均值最高。5.在旅遊動機中，以「自然體驗」和「欣賞景色」對重遊意願的影響程度較大且程顯著正相關。6.休閒效益中以「心靈內涵」和「生活工作」因素對重遊意願的影響程度較大且程顯著正相關。

The objective of this study is to discuss the correlation between the motivation of tourists participating in recreational agriculture, recreational benefit and will of revisiting in Dahu township jiang Ma Yuan. The questionnaires have been adopted to sample the tourists in Dahu township jiang Ma Yuan in order to collect data. There are 397 valid questionnaires. The SPSS statistics software is adopted to conduct the statistical analysis and test. The statistics methods include Descriptive analysis, t-test, One-way ANOVA and F actor Analysis. Then multiple regressions are used for analysis in order to understand whether motivations of agricultural tourism and recreational benefit have positive correlation with the will of revisiting. The results found that：
1. The age of tourists focuses on 21 to 40 single female. Most of their academic backgrounds are degree and most of them are working in service industry and
