本研究旨在探討台中市研究生生活壓力、休閒參與對憂鬱情緒影響之情形,採配額抽樣進行問卷發放,共計發放400份,問卷回收為391份,有效回收率達97.75%。資料分析方法包括描述性統計分析、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析與迴歸分析。 調查發現,受測者女性多於男性;年級以碩二為最多;學院部分以管理(商)學院為主;國立大學多於私立大學;研究生經濟來源大多為部分家庭與自行負擔;可支配金額以3,001~5,000元為最多;而每日讀書時間以2-3小時為大多數;住宿地點以租屋為最多;居住地以台中市為主;就讀研究所動機以自我提升為主。研究生之不同背景對在生活壓力、休閒參與及憂鬱情緒,具有顯著差異存在。研究生的生活壓力對其休閒參與有顯著的負向影響,研究生的生活壓力其憂鬱情緒有顯著正向影響;研究生的休閒參與對憂鬱情緒有顯著負向影響。 依據研究結果提出以下建議:1.參與學校所舉辦之就業講座及爭取獎助學金,方能減輕生活壓力;2.多從事戶外活動類,可增廣見聞對未來就業有幫助;3.倘若碰到憂鬱情緒問題,尋求陪伴或到學校諮商中心進行輔導;4.參與休閒活動可有效降低生活壓力及憂鬱情緒。
he study of postgraduate’s life stress and leisure participation on depressive mood. Questionnaires are designed 400 copied. 391 of them are valid. The percentage of validation reaches 97.75% high. Analysis includes descriptive statistic, independent sample T test, ANOVA and regression analysis. The investigation shows that female-tested are more than male. Most of them are the second year of master program and business school occupied higher percentage. National colleges are more than Private colleges. Most of the income of graduate student is supplied by parents. Their study time is between 2~3 hours per day and most of them are live in Taichung. The motivations of study graduate school are keeping themselves in progress. Difference of their backgrounds impacts life stress, leisure participation and depressive mood. Life stress has obviously negative effect to leisure participation. Life stress has obviously great effect to depressive mood. leisure participation. has obviously negative effect depressive mood. According to the research, I provide some suggestions. First, taking the lectures and applying scholarship to reduce economic pressure. Second, having more outdoor activities which help our job applicant. Third, getting some help if you have some emotional questions. Last, having leisure activities can reduce life stress and depressive mood. effectively.
