本研究旨在探討中部旅館業從業人員與領導風格、組織文化及組織承諾之關係,並探討不同人口統計變項之旅館業從業人員在領導風格、組織文化及組織承諾之差異情形。以中部觀光旅館業從業人員為研究對象。本研究採取比例分層抽樣方式,共計發放300份問卷,回收300份,扣除填答不完全者等無效問卷42份,有效問卷共計258份,有效回收率為86 %。統計分析方式包含描述性統計分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及結構方程模式,研究結果如下:(一)旅館類型、教育程度及現職單位年資從業人員在領導風格上呈部分顯著,而性別、婚姻及年齡的從業人員在領導風格上皆達顯著差異;(二)旅館類型、性別、婚姻及年齡的從業人員在組織文化上呈部分顯著差異,而教育程度及現職單位年資的從業人員在組織文化上皆達顯著差異;(三)旅館類型的從業人員在組織承諾上為部分顯著差異,而性別、婚姻、年齡、教育程度及現職單位年資的從業人員在組織承諾上皆達顯著差異;(四)領導風格顯著正向影響組織文化;(五)領導風格顯著正向影響組織承諾,且經由組織文化間接影響組織承諾;(六)組織文化顯著正向影響組織承諾。
The study focus on the relationship among leadership style, organizational culture and organizational commitment of workers in hotel industry. Researcher sends out 300 questionnaires and 300 questionnaires were collected, therefore 42 questionnaires invalid which respondents incomplete. There were 258 valid questionnaires and valid response rate of 86 %.The statistical analysis methods in this study, independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance and structure equation model. The results were as follows: 1. hotel types, educational level, seniority, and leadership style were shown to be significantly different.; gender, married, age, and leadership style were shown apart to be significantly different. 2. hotel types, gender, married, age, and organizational culture were shown apart to be significantly different; educational level, seniority shown significant different was covered between organizational culture. 3. hotel types, and organizational commitment were shown apart to be significantly different.; gender, married, age, educational level, and seniority shown significant different was covered between organizational commitment. 4. Leadership style positive effect and significantly relationship on organizational culture. 5. Leadership style positive effect and significantly relationship on organizational commitment and leadership style indirectly affects organizational commitment. 6. Organizational culture positive effect and significantly relationship on organizational commitment.
