幼兒園家長親職參與與家庭生活滿意度之相關研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討幼兒園家長親職參與與家庭生活滿意度之相關,及不同背景變項的幼兒園家長在親職參與與家庭生活滿意度之現況與差異。以自編「幼兒園家長親職參與與家庭生活滿意度問卷」進行調查,於2015年4月隨機抽取臺中市公私立幼兒園家長580人,回收有效問卷469份。所得資料採描述性統計、相依樣本變異數、單因子變異數、皮爾森積差相關等統計方法進行分析。經歸納本研究分析之結果,獲致以下結論: 一、目前幼兒園家長親職參與度偏向高參與度,其中以「休閒娛樂與陪伴」構面為最高。 二、目前幼兒園家長的家庭生活滿意度偏向中滿意度,其中以「家庭休閒」構面最高。 三、不同背景變項家長親職參與度,在學校所在區域、身份、年齡、教育程度、每週工作時間、家庭結構與家庭平均月收入達顯著差異。 四、不同背景變項家長家庭生活滿意度,在學校所在區域、身分、教育程度、家庭結構與家庭平均月收入達顯著差異。 五、幼兒園家長之親職參與程度和家庭生活滿意度間呈正相關。 最後依據研究結果,針對幼兒父母、幼兒園、教育主管機關及未來研究者,提出建議,期望對幼兒與家庭有所助益。

The purpose of this study is to examine parents’ perceptions toward parental involvement and family life satisfaction in preschools and the discrepancies in their perceptions with different background variables taken into consideration. The study made us of a questionnaire survey as the means of data extraction from the parents of students enrolled at preschools in Taichung through stratified random sampling by adopting self edited questionnaires of the parents’ perceptions toward parental involvement and family life satisfaction in Apirl, 2015. With parents of students as the samples, a total of 580 copies of questionnaires were distributed. 469 valid samples were recovered. The data were then processed and analyzed through techniques including descriptive statistics, dependent sample ANOVA, one way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation. Results of these statistical analyses led to the following conclusions: 1.The parental involvement of the preschools’ parents presents a high participation. Among the leisure and companionship is the highest. 2. The family life satisfaction of the preschools’ parents is above average. Among the satisfaction of family lesiure is the highest. 3. There are significant differences in the area of schools, appellations, age, education, weekly working hours, family organization and monthly family income when it comes to the parents’ with different background variables perceptions toward parental involvement in preschools. 4. There are significant differences in the area of schools, appellations, education, family organization and monthly family income when it comes to the parents’ with different background variables perceptions toward family life satisfaction in preschools. 5. The relation of parental involvement and family life satisfaction display positive correlation. In the end, the author provided relevant suggestions based on the conclusions for the preschools’ parents, governmental agency, preschools and future researchers to make a reference.
