兒童及少年從事性交易歷程之研究

A Study of process about children and adolescents who are engaged in sex transaction.

摘要


本研究旨在了解兒童及少年從事性交易的歷程經驗,藉由曾接受性交易後續追蹤輔導服務之個案回溯過程成長經驗,理解在兒童及少年的成長過程中促發性交易事件的關鍵因素為何,以及歷程中的內、外在因素是如何相互影響。本研究採取立意抽樣,邀請3位曾接受性交易後續追蹤輔導服務之兒少,其年齡分布在19-21歲之間,性別為1名男性及2名女性,從事性交易期間為4個月至2年。 研究結果的呈現上,研究者分別針對研究參與者的個別生命故事進行敘述,並繪製出個別的生命歷程軸線,再從「從事性交易前的生活樣貌」、「與性的第一次親密接觸」、「選擇從事/停止/再次從事性交易的歷程」和「結束安置返家後的生活適應」四個部分進行描述,並以本研究的研究目的為主要的資料統整分析內容,進行跨個案研究的比較。 本研究發現: 1.成長階段之歷程-系統中的負向經驗多於正向經驗:成長過程是動態且不斷變化的,個人在系統中與各次系統的互動經驗累績成為歷程,三位研究參與者之成長過程與系統的互動經驗為(1)家庭好傷人:在瓦解的堡壘裡夾縫求生;(2)遭受職場排擠:推往情色行業的開端;(3)正向的學校互動經驗會帶來一線生機;(4)網路交友:得到認同卻也步入陷阱;(5)初次性經驗:約會強暴。 2.選擇從事性交易之歷程與內、外在因素交互作用-危機與重生的生命旅程:兒童及少年在選擇從事性交易的歷程中存在著個人與外在環境的因素,兩者在此歷程中產生作用而影響各個階段的抉擇,三位研究參與者從事性交易的歷程經驗為(1)進入性交易:攸關生存議題;(2)停止性交易:正向的支持力量成為一盞明燈;(3)再次從事性交易:劣勢處境裡選擇以熟悉模式應對;(4)對性交易的主觀看法轉變歷程:取得現實與理想的平衡點。 3.返家生活適應歷程-理想與現實間的拔河:三位研究參與者在面對返家後的生活適應分別發展出(1)現實生活的因應之道,包括「勇於面對不如預期的現實困境」、「隱匿過往創造新的開始」、「面對感情選擇坦誠求問心無愧」及「人際互動吃虧無傷大雅」;(2)困境中的韌力發展,包括「因應困境的新能力:積極面對不抱怨、學習傾聽不同的聲音、同理心、目標的實踐力及承擔後果的能力」與「突破逆境的新觀點:逆境中衍生改變的契機、理性思考謹慎抉擇、以生命影響生命、人生經驗成為無形資產及豁然心境」。 研究者依據前述結果加以討論,並提出對研究歷程、議題與實務工作的反思與建議。

By the service of following the clients who commit sex transaction or the experiences of how they grew up, the study aims to realize the process about children and adolescents who are engaged in sex transaction. Understanding the main factor that caused children and adolescents to be engaged in prostitution and how the inner and outer factors of the process affect themselves.The study takes purposive sampling, inviting 3 children and adolescents who were under the service. Their age were about 19~21, a male, two females and the period of their prostitution were about 4 months~2years. As the result, the researcher described the clients’ life stories individually and draws the life processes’ central lines individually. Then, describing with “before-life process”, “the first time”, “choose to be, stop being, to be again process”, and “life adaption after returning from the placement”, and to rely mainly on the purpose of the study and analyze the content, making a comparison of the clients. The study finds: 1. the process of how they grew-The negative experiences are more than the positive ones: The growing process develops and keep changing, accumulate each individuals’ interactive experiences in the system and subsystem into process, 3 clients’ growing process and the systems’ interactive experiences are ○1family hurts: they suffered in the “house” that collapsed. ○2Being pushed aside by the career: being pushed to the porn business. ○3Positive school interactive experiences would bring an opportunity to live. ○4Making friend through the internet: being confirmed but also step into traps. ○5First sex experience: date violence. 2. Interactions between process of choosing to be engaged in sex transaction and inner, outer factors-crisis’ and rebirth’s life journey: The process of children and adolescents who chose to be engaged in sex transaction existed individuals and environmental factors. In the process, both two functioned and influenced the other section’s decision. The prostitution of the 3 clients are: ○1be “in” prostitution: it’s about living issue. ○2Stop being in transaction: positive strength would be a light. ○3Being in again: Choosing to respond as a regular mode in a disadvantaged situation. ○4Subjective viewpoints transferred process for prostitution: to get a balance between reality and ideal. 3. Adaption process after return home-struggle between deal and reality: 3 clients that face adaption after return home developed ○1how to cope with reality, including “to face bravely is not as miserable as what they thought”, “hiding the past and create a new begin”, “be honest about their relationship” and “it’s fine to lose in interpersonal relationship.” ○2toughness development in difficulty includes “new ability that cope with the difficulty: facing actively, learning how to listen to different voices, being sympathetic, goal-achieving ability and the ability to undertake the consequences” and “breakthrough of the difficulty: having the opportunity to change during the difficulty, think rationally and choose carefully, influence life by life, and life’s experiences would be the property.” Finally, the results we discussed and suggestions were made for future research, counseling for practice.
