高職餐飲科專業教師工作價值觀、工作投入、工作倦怠對留職意願關聯之研究

A Study of the regarding Work Values, Job Involvement, and Job Burnout on Intention to Stay of the Teachers in Food and Beverage Department of Vocational High Schools

摘要


本研究目的主要是瞭解中部地區(臺中市、彰化縣、南投縣)私立高職餐飲科專業教師的現況,以及本研究欲探討的變項(工作價值觀、工作投入、工作倦怠與留職意願)之間的影響程度。透過普查方式,調查中部縣市所有私立高職餐飲科專業教師,共計發放220份,有效問卷共計197份,有效回收率為89.55 %。其統計方法包含描述性統計、分層因素分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、結構方程模式等進行資料分析,此外,工作價值觀會受到不同「性別」、「婚姻」、「年齡」、「任教年資」、「授課班級數」的私立高職餐飲專業教師而有所差異;工作投入會受到不同「婚姻狀況」、「年齡」、「工作投入」、「最高學歷」、「授課班級數」的私立高職餐飲專業教師而有所差異;工作倦怠未受到不同的「婚姻」、「年齡」、「任教年資」、「最高學歷」、「授課班級數」的私立高職餐飲專業教師而有所差異;留職意願會受到不同的「婚姻狀況」、「年齡」、「任教年資」、「最高學歷」、「授課班級數」的私立高職餐飲專業教師而有所差異;另研究結果亦發現工作價值觀可正向影響工作投入與負向影響工作倦怠、工作投入可正向影響留職意願、工作倦怠可負向影響留職意願且工作價值觀亦正向影響留職意願。

This study aims at discovering the status of professional teachers of department of food and beverage in central (Taichung city, Changhua county and Nantou county) of private vocational schools. The study discusses whether there are any significant differences with respect to work values, job involvement, job burnout and intention to stay. Through census report, we delivered 220 questionnaires to professional teachers of department of food and beverage in central private vocational schools and collected 197 copies, resulting in the valid return rate of 89.55 %.The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, stratified factor analysis, independent t-test, ANOVA and structural equation modeling. Work values are difference by gender, marriage, age, accumulated years of teaching and the number of classes to teach while job involvement is affected by marital status, age, job involvement, the highest diplomas and the number of classes to teach among the professional teachers of department of food and beverage in central private vocational schools. Besides, the intention to stay is varied by marital status, age, accumulated years of teaching, the highest diplomas and the number of classes to teach. However, it doesn’t show any differences on job burnout with marriage, age, and accumulated years of teaching, the highest diplomas and the number of classes to teach. Therefore, the result also shows positive work values influenced job involvement, negative work values influenced job burnout, positive job involvement affecting the intention to stay, negative job burnout affecting the intention to stay and work values having significant prediction on the intention to stay.
