台中市國中生體適能認知、運動態度與運動行為之探討

A Study of Relationships among Physical Fitness Knowledge, Sport Attitude and Exercise Behavior of Junior High School Students in Taichung City

摘要


本研究旨在探討台中市國中生體適能認知、運動態度與運動行為之關係,並瞭解不同背景變項的國中生之差異情形。以102學年度台中市在學國中生為研究對象,以叢集抽樣方式選取班級進行問卷調查,共計發放840份問卷,回收有效問卷748份,有效回收率達89%。所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單子因變異數分析及卡方檢定等統計分析後,得結果如下:不同性別與學校類別的國中生,其體適能認知達顯著差異;男生、經常和家庭成員一起去運動與喜歡體育課的學生在運動態度中有較高的表現;不同背景變項的國中生在運動行為亦達顯著差異;體適能認知對運動態度之「運動投入」達顯著相關;運動態度之「運動利益」、「運動投入」及「運動成就」對運動行為有顯著相關。本研究發現,當家庭成員的規律運動的程度較高時,其子女的身體活動量也相對較大;女生體適能認知程度雖然較高,但在運動投入之情形則明顯低於男生。本研究建議,在學校體育相關教學中,應多提倡與鼓勵學生對於運動之實際行動,養成良好的規律運動習慣及運動參與行為,以達全人健康的狀態。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the awareness, attitudes, the relationships about physical fitness exercise and understand the differences in different background variables among junior high school students in Taichung City. In 102 Academic Year, State School for the study, in order to select the class cluster sampling questionnaire, There are a total of 840 questionnaires sent, were 748 valid questionnaires got back, and the effective recovery rate of 89%. Information obtained through descriptive statistics, independent Sample t–test, one-way ANOVA analysis and Chi-square test. The results are as follows: I found the differences between different genders and schools of junior high school students. Boys have higher performance in sports attitude. They enjoy playing sports with their family and PE class. Students come from different backgrounds in motor behavior also significant differences; The background variables in students from various significant differences to exercise behavior. In the sport attitude dimension, the sport involvement physical fitness awareness of were positive correlated; The sport attitude, exercise benefits and sporting achievements positive influence to exercise behavior. The study found that the children come from regular exercising family, their physical activities are relatively large. Girls’ fitness awareness is higher than boys’, but their sport involvement is lower than boys’. This study suggests that, in the teaching of PE class, we should promote and encourage students to develop good habits of regular exercise and sports participation behavior to achieve holistic health state.
