摘要


雲端運算(Cloud Computing)為資訊管理帶來了革命性地的變化。以現今企業狀況來說,辦公室資訊的硬體發展效率需求已經到一個瓶頸,取而代之的是軟體業快速蓬勃的需求,如何將強大的硬體資源整合並為現今大眾服務已經是一個相當重要的課題。 目前周遭所有對「雲端運算」(Cloud Computing)的定義是相當混亂的,實際上雲端它代表一個服務模式轉變,一般終端用戶透過寬頻連接系統,可以在遠端訪問高性能的電腦資源(包括基礎設施和軟件、服務)並下載於異地資料中心。這樣的服務模式可以大大降低企業成本並增加了專業的服務水準,一般終端用戶或企業並不需要建構大型系統或購買高規格的資訊硬體設備即可以得到高效率的資訊服務。 透過商業化的資訊系統軟體和簡單的資訊基礎設施,依靠伺服器提供雲端規模的服務,建立並整合成龐大的資訊技術的資源,可以節能減碳,減少資源的浪費。終端用戶只須要很少的花費即可在任何時間、地點得到取之不盡用之不竭的資源。進一步來說,可以減少隨著資訊技術進步而做的一些軟硬體的支出來降低資訊使用成本,讓人們可以用很少的花費使用高規格的資訊服務,這也是一般人對雲端運算的服務技術所感覺到的便利性。 但是,相反的,過於集中資源的「雲端」在法律層面會面臨到商業機密安全的的問題,及個人穩私權的挑戰,這是要了解並做克服與改善的。雲端需要網路才能連線使用,一旦沒有網路就無法使用雲端運算,而且可能須要很高的頻寬,較要求連線的速度與品質。所以目前雲端所提供的軟體只能支援基本簡單的使用,較難有功能強大、複雜性較高的應用軟體。而且,不宜將所有的資料都往雲端放,一旦,伺服器出問題,沒有人可以保證資料還可以完整的,這是目前雲端運算的缺點。 雲端運算服務的來源,可能是自己公司的資訊部門,也可能是外包廠商,也可能是眾所週知的雲端技術大廠。以現況來說雲端服務的大廠有:微軟、google、亞馬遜…等,服務方向分為個人娛樂應用及商務應用。小型公司的雲端服務集中在差異化、客制化、小眾化的服務;但是相對之下利潤可能較低及成本提高,大型跨國公司的雲端服務可提供一般化、大眾化的服務,以量制價,提高利潤。 雲端化的資訊系統,對於資訊規劃,都和以往的服務模式不同。企業的預算、還有資訊部門的架構都會不一樣。換句話說,服務不再受限於某個地域,也不一定是在企業內部,相關配合的廠商同樣也能提供和應用許多服務,對於跨國性及跨區域的大企業來說,服務會更加有效率,不論企業本身,或是協力廠商,都可以使用很優質的服務,使服務有更大的彈性。 而且,應用了雲端服務後,企業內部的資訊部門服務的功能性更加強大,更加不會受到人數、區域的限制。受服務的企業,可能是一家只有十幾個人的小公司,也可以是好幾萬人跨國性企業。資訊部門的人力,可以應用在更高的核心的資訊決策、提高公司競爭力上,使資訊服務更優化。 因為資訊服務雲端化了,所以使用流程當然跟一般使用者使用個人電腦的辦公室自動化系統有不少不同,列如視窗的操作和網頁的操作習慣就相當不一樣,如何讓雲端系統能更友善,功能更強,開發更容易也是一個很重要的課題。

Cloud Computing has brought revolutionary changes to the information management. The business conditions, the efficient hardware development needs of the Office of Information has to be a bottleneck, the software industry is fast booming demand powerful hardware resources, and how to integrate the public service is already a very important issue . Currently surrounding the definition of "cloud computing" is quite confusing, actually cloud it represents a service model changes, general end-users through the broadband connection, can remotely access the high-performance computer resources (including infrastructure facilities and software / services) and download the off-site data center. This can greatly reduce the cost of doing business and increase the standard of professional services, general end-user or enterprise does not need to construct large systems or purchase high specification IT hardware equipment that can get the high efficiency of information services. Business Information Systems software and IT infrastructure, relying on servers to provide cloud-scale services, establish and integration into the vast resources of information technology can reduce carbon emissions, reduce waste of resources, end users only need very little the cost can be obtained at any time, place inexhaustible resources. Furthermore, you can reduce the number of hardware and software to do with the advances in information technology spending, which is the perception of most people the benefits of cloud computing technology and equipment. This shift can be a more efficient use of computer resources and information technology, and allows individuals and small businesses access to unlimited information resources. However, the contrary, the "cloud" too concentrated resources on the legal level will face trade secrets security issues, and maintain the privacy challenges individuals to understand and do overcome with improved. Source of cloud computing services, their own company''s IT department, outsourcing vendors may also be known as the cloud technology manufacturers, such as Microsoft, google. Cloud computing services to the moment it seems that the bigger the tendency of small plants cloud services focused on differentiated, customized, small minority of the service; contrast profits may be lower and raising the cost of manufacturers generalization popular service system price, quantity and increase profits. Cloud information system for information planning and service mode. Enterprise budget, as well as information on the structure of government departments will not like. In other words, the service is no longer limited to a geographical, not necessarily within the enterprise, related with the vendor also provides many services for cross-border and cross-regional enterprises, service will be more efficient , whether the enterprise itself, or a third-party can use a very high quality of service, the service greater flexibility. On the other hand, the information department of the internal service functionality is more powerful, and more will not be subject to the number of regional restrictions. Enterprise services, may be one of only a dozen small companies, also can be tens of thousands of multinational enterprise. The information department of human, can be applied in higher core information decision-making, improve the company''s competitiveness on the information services more optimized. There is also a point of difference, because the computing power into the cloud, is likely to system analysis capabilities will become very strong, planning a complete cloud computing architecture and processes. Because of the cloud of information services, the use of process, of course with the average user to use many different PC office automation systems, columns, such as the operation of Windows and web operations habits, like how to make the cloud system can be more friendly, more powerful, easier development is a very important issue.
