遊客導覽解說滿意度對重遊意願影響之研究-以霧峰林家宮保第園區為例

The Study of the Tourists Satisfaction towards the Interpretation to Revisiting Intention-A Case of Wufeng Lin Family

摘要

本研究旨在探討遊客導覽解說滿意與重遊意願之關係，以霧峰林家宮保第園區為範圍，以假日及非假日配額抽樣進行問卷調查，共計發放 400 份問卷，回收 396 份，有效問卷回收率為 99%。
研究結果顯示，受訪遊客性別以女性為多數、年齡以51歲以上為最多、教育程度為大學程度最多、職業方面以其他職業居多、多數月收入為60,000元以上、居住地以中部為大宗、婚姻狀況以已婚有小孩為主。經迴歸分析顯示，遊客導覽解說滿意度對重遊意願有顯著正向影響。其中，以導覽設施滿意度構面的影響程度最高，其次為導覽專業知識。
本研究建議業者可以彈性調整參觀動線時間，滿足更多族群；發展國際文化交流，創造更多話題與遊客人數。

This research took the Tourists Satisfaction of Interpretation to Revisiting Intention of Wufeng Lin Family as the objects, and 396 effective questionnaires were collected.
The results showed that majority of the tourists are female, with age of more than 51 , university level of education, married dominated, monthly income of NT $ 60,000.
Regression analysis showed that Tourists’ Interpretation Satisfaction has a significant positive impact on revisiting willingness, and the most important construct is the guiding facilities, the second one is the professional knowledge of the guide.
Therefore, this study suggests that industry can adjust traffic flow to different kind of groups, strengthen culture interaction with world.
