紡織產業導入ERP關鍵成功因素與製造績效改善關係之研究

摘要


台灣三十多年來的經濟發展,紡織工業一直為我國外銷主力,加入WTO之後,企業逐漸登上全球舞台,企業經營環境邁向國際化及專業分工,再加上資訊科技的進步與普及,使得網際網路蓬勃發展,市場經濟已經逐漸轉為全球化電子商務型態,將面對的是來自全球紡織產業的競爭。在瞬息萬變的商業環境裡,企業尋求降低營運成本、積極提升競爭力及經營效率,使得企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning;ERP)成為企業整體經營資訊的主幹;ERP有如資訊的潤滑劑,藉由關鍵性作業流程與資料的統合,來強化企業部門間資訊的交換。隨著ERP的興起,學術界及產業界已有許多研究,針對ERP導入的成功關鍵因素進行探討;從文獻分析中,可觀察到某些關鍵成功因素一再地出現在不同的文獻中,顯示其確實具顯著的影響。然而單就個別因素而言,尚不足以窺其全貌;因此,本研究將以紡織產業整體來進行研究,企業規模大小與所採用的系統大小為基礎,從影響導入ERP系統的關鍵成功因素中,與製造績效改善來了解彼此環環相扣之關連性;並且透過SPSS的分析,顯示目前我國紡織產業所採用之系統均能達到應有品質,導入的關鍵成功因素會隨著公司規模大小而有些許不同外,製造績效的改善中在服務準則項目中有顯著的差異,如何改善進而提高服務品質。因著本研究的發現,系統供應商得以就影響服務品質的重要因素,及其相關程度,進行企業改造或更具關鍵性的改善措施,以有效提升整體的競爭力,而紡織產業的廠商不用再迷信名牌或昂貴的系統,可自行依照實際需求來選擇適當的系統供應商來進行導入服務。

The textile industry has been one of the major industries and a major force in economic developments of our country. However, as ERP system was adopted by the textile industry, it was a frequent occurrence that only part of its functions was normally performed in increasing competitiveness of enterprise while the rest of it could not be of use to operators resulting in waste of labor, resources and lowered competitiveness of company. However, as technology advanced, and market competitiveness changed, the old system was phased out and updated. The former system operation is no longer sufficient in present company operation procedures and management level power re-distribution is required. Through company information flow in the industry, impacts produced are greater than it used to be and even to the extent of affecting company survival and future developments. This study shows that in production performance improvement, “the service criterion” showed significant difference in larger scaled factories. System scale provided by factories did not show significant difference. This signifies that the present ERP system has reached maturity technically. Therefore, this study recommends: Textile related factories and associations: selection of a complete and operational company is better than choosing an expensive system.
