本研究係探討以資訊科技產業的研發製造業為對象找出專案管理的關鍵成功因素,依據文獻探討再加上親自訪談資訊科技產業界的前輩,彙總出成本、時間、品質、客戶滿意、高階主管的支持、服務和創新七個關鍵成功因素,以及這七個關鍵因素的次級衡量指標,以建立層級架構。 本研究的研究目的有三:(1)文獻探討影響專案管理成功的關鍵因素;(2) 實證專案管理成功的關鍵因素;(3)根據實證結果,對於台灣資訊科技產業研發產品之專案管理提出相關的建議。 本研究以國內資訊科技產業具有研發團隊及製造單位的製造商之專案管理者和專案經理人為研究調查對象,並以便利抽樣不計名方式進行資料蒐集。所蒐集的實證資料利用層級分析程序法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP) 分析關鍵因素的相對權重。另外,考慮到認知和經驗會因專業年資而有不同,所以加入專案管理的年資樣本作排序比較,驗證是否因年資不同而有不同的權重分布。 研究結果發現專案管理成功因素就整體樣本而言,客戶滿意的權重值最高,其次的排序是品質、高階主管的支持、創新、服務、時間、成本。至於不同專案管理的年資樣本部份在權重排名第一和第二和全體樣本的排序一致,但在權重排名第三以後差異性較大。另外,以整體的分析結果來看次因素指標中權重最重為客戶滿意之市場接受此一專案,權重最輕為成本之專案預算。
The purpose of this thesis is to explore the key success factors of project management for information technology manufactures in Taiwan. This study uses literature review and interviews with the senior managers of the technology industry to get the key success factors for project management, including cost, time, quality, customer satisfaction, managers’ support, service, and innovation, and then uses these 7 factors and their sub-index as measurements to build the hierarchical mode for this research. There are three objectives for this research: 1. Through the literature review to realize the successful key factors of project management. 2. Empirical test the key successful factors of project management. 3. According to the result of the literature review and empirical test, the study proposed explicit suggests to the firms of information technology industry in Taiwan. The survey subjects of this research have been focus on the Project Management Specialist and Project Managers of the technology industry in Taiwan. These manufacturers of the technology industry must have research and development teams and manufacturing units. The samples were selected by using convince sampling method and the empirical data was analyzed by AHP method. According to this research result, the highest priority of key success factors of project management for the whole samples are customer satisfaction, second is quality, and then managers’ support, innovation, service, time, and cost. The orders of factor weight for different seniority samples are consistent in first and second places, but different after the third place.
