本研究以降低醫療用電燒筆的成本為目的。以目前市售的產品為基礎,針對產品結構及生產作業程序進行研究與改進,進而達成低成本高產能的目標,使公司的利潤提升。 研究結果顯示,相較於市售產品,改良後的醫療用電燒筆具有相同的功能及同等級的安全性,但減少了三項結構零件及一半的製程作業,產能提升近一倍,同時倉庫及廠房加工區的運轉率也大幅增加。 文中以工程分析方式比對改良前後的差異性,並介紹製作流程及產品性能測試報告。
This research regards reducing the cost of the electro surgical pencil as purpose. Take the present market product as the foundation, study and improve the product structure and production operation procedure, reach the low cost and high produce efficiency, and then raise the profits of the company. The result of this study indicates, by contrast with market product, the electro surgical pencil after improving has the same function and the same level of security, but reduces three structural components and half of the manufacturing procedure, upgrade production efficiency nearly doubled, at the same time; increase the operation rate of the warehouse and factory. In this research, compare the differences of the design-change by engineering analysis, and introduce the production procedure and make the performance test report of the products.
