台灣太陽能產業之績效評估-CCA、AHP、DEA之應用

摘要


近年來,太陽能光電產業在全球快速地成長。依照台灣太陽能產業如此持續不斷的發展,也因此太陽能產業台灣產業發展開創出一條新的道路。另外,油價屢創新高的趨勢下,市場預期台灣太陽能產業將會越來越蓬勃發展。因此,本研究試圖利用典型相關分析(CCA)、層級分析法(AHP)、和資料包絡分析法(DEA)的結合來衡量台灣太陽能產業公司之經營效率。 衡量方式是利用CCA評估變數間之關係,再利用AHP評估投入與產出兩部分之準則權重,並藉由DEA評估各公司之相對效率與其經營績效。 本研究之衡量方式應用於評估25家太陽能產業相關廠商之經營效率,並在本研究中發現擁有高效率值之公司在經營績效上亦有優異之表現,但相較於其他擁有低效率值之公司在經營績效上之表現差異甚大,因而造成太陽能產業有著良性競爭,對於產業中之公司提高其經營績效。本研究提供了一個合理且切合實際的經營績效評估方式。

Recently a great achievement was made in the solar energy photovoltaic (PV) industry in the world. According to the continuous development of Taiwan solar PV generation technology, it opens up a new way for the industrial development, and the market prospect becomes more and more extensive. In this research we employ a combination of canonical correlation analysis (CCA), analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and data envelopment analysis (DEA) to measure the management efficiency of the solar Photovoltaic (solar PV) companies in Taiwan. The measure consists of the relationship of a company’s input and output by CCA, assessing the weight of every variable by AHP, and the assessment of the relative efficiency of its growth in management performance against those of other companies by DEA, in which the management basis of the measured companies is taken into consideration. The application of the measure to assess the management efficiency of 25 solar PV companies indicates the highest efficiency value in the case still maintain their management performance, but other companies have violent change, resulted in the solar PV industry have good competition. Such a measure is proved to be reasonable and practical for the assessment of management work.
