本研究有興趣的是參與者的血型在創意思考會議上的影響,研究目標為:(一)各種血型成員在創意思考會議中的表現是否有差異,(二)各種血型之間在創意思考會議中是否會有相互影響,(三)在不同分組中各種血型的比率是否會影響創意思考會議的表現。本篇研究討論三種創意思考會議型式: K.J. 法、團隊實作以及腦力激盪法,實驗中使用觀察法,以了解是否不同血型的成員在會議中的表現會影響會議績效。在兩次的K.J.法會議中,有47名公司主管分組討論不同的議題;在團隊實作會議中,安排21名大學生為受測者,共同設計網路首頁;在腦力激盪法會議中,有24名研究生受測,分別討論相同的議題。以相關性分析對於會議中的會議績效校標(活力、速度、關鍵成員)以血型因子分別進行分析,實驗結果為以下幾點:O型的成員是較活躍的成員,有較高意願領導整個會議,帶動會議邁向一個順利的階段。B型的成員在會議中樂於發表自己的意見,提高會議的活力,並且在會議中擔任關鍵成員的角色。A型的成員在會議中比較不願意分享自己的意見,也較不具領導會議的意願,是屬於比較低調的族群。本研究成果希望能引用於各種創意思考會議上,作為提高創意思考會議績效的參考。
The aims of the research are: (1) to explore the differences between different blood type members’ performance in creative thinking meetings. (2) To see the interactive influence between different blood type members in creative thinking meetings. (3) To find the relationship between the distribution of blood type and the performance of creative thinking meetings. The research includes 3 kinds of creative thinking meetings: K.J. method, teamwork and brainstorming. Observation method is used in the experiments to find out the evidence for the aims. In K.J. meetings, 47 members of a same company were divided into 2 meetings to discuss different topics. In Teamwork meetings, 21 college students in groups are asked to design an internet homepage. In Brainstorming meetings, 24 graduate students in groups discussed a same topic. The correlation analysis is used to find out the relationship between blood type and performance items (energy, speed, key person). The results are: (1) type O members have the larger energy and leadership than type A, B members. (2) Type B members bring up with more opinions to increase the energy. (3) Type A members have the lower energy and leadership. The goal of the research should be a useful reference for improving the performance of creative thinking meetings.
