整合RFID與無線充電功能之天線與電路之設計

摘要


無線充電技術是未來二十一世紀中用來對行動裝置充電的趨勢。另一方面,由於短距離無線通信技術的近場通信(NFC)技術有體積小,便利性高以及的高安全性等優點因此被認為可以應用在手機和其他移動通信設備。以現在的技術來說,無論是無線充電或NFC都是使用電磁耦合效應來使得一個線圈將能量傳遞至另一個線圈。本論文針對這兩項需求設計一個同時具有無線充電與RFID這兩項功能的整合型天線。 在本篇論文的整合型天線中,無線充電與RFID分別使用不同的操作頻率以避免奇次諧波的干擾,RFID所使用的操作頻率ISO15693標準的13.56MHz,而無線充電系統的操作頻率則是使用CEA-2042.1標準的6.78MHz。由於這兩組操作頻率的波長分別約為二十二公尺與四十四公尺,所以我們必須使用環型天線的方式來設計出整合型的天線。

In twenty-first century, the technique of wireless charging is the trend for the charging power of future mobile devices. On the other hand, NFC technology is considered to be applied in mobile phones and other mobile communication device due to the small size, convenience and high security as for characteristics as a short-range wireless communication technology by Near Field Communication. Based on today's technology, wireless charging or NFC makes use of electromagnetic coupling effect to transfer energy from one coil to another. This thesis presents to design an integrated antenna for RFID and wireless charging to apply for mobile devices such as mobile phone. In this thesis, two different functions of this integrated antenna use different operating frequencies to avoid interference of odd harmonics. The frequency band of RFID is 13.56MHz by ISO 15693 standard and the frequency band of wireless charging system is 6.78MHz by CEA-2042.1 standard. Because the wavelength of RFID and wireless charging are 22 meter and 44 meter, we must design this integrated antenna to use the concept of loop antenna.
