摘要

為促使台灣休閒農業的發展及因應傳統農業在面對世界衛生組織(WHO)的衝擊以及提升農產競爭力,本研究將TRIZ 理論之四十原則導入休閒農業，嘗試將傳統產業的經營方式轉型為服務導向的休閒農業型態，以改善農業生產的結構，大幅提高農民所得,繁榮農村社會。
本文試圖打破台灣社會經營者慣有的思考管理方式,將兼具創造性及有效性的TRIZ 理論之四十原則運用於休閒農業的管理，重新賦予休閒農業在TRIZ 四十原則理論中經營方式之新詮釋，提出台灣休閒農業新經營方式，供使用休閒農業TRIZ 四十原則容易構思出更多的經營方式，並提出新穎的經營方式及有效的發展方向。

The paper introduces the TRIZ 40 into the administration of Taiwan traditional agriculture, which provides a way of transforming the administration from traditional into recreational and service-focused one. This kind of transformation might improve the structure of agriculture production and is expected to greatly enhance agriculturist income and to prosper the industry in Taiwan rural society. This paper modernizes conventional ways of thinking and managing in Taiwan agriculture industry by applying innovative and effective TRIZ 40 into the administration of recreational agriculture, and proposes unique way for agriculture administration and its effective direction for development.
