This research mainly aims at discussing about how to design an appropriate remedying instruction material which accords with SCORM2004. And this research uses theory of 「knowledge structure」as the basis of the appropriate teaching approach in order to meet the goal of saving testing questions and teaching time. This research takes course of oxidizes and reduces reacting in vocational high school chemistry as an example to develop the content knowledge of the text and analyizing the structure and applies it into the design of the examination questions and make the remedying instruction units. By using the newly joined Sequencing and Navigation(SN), it puts the teaching tactics of the knowledge structure into the design of the teaching material and probes into the procedure and precautions of the teaching material which accords with SCORM specification by its comparison before and after the examine in order to testify the validity of this teaching material.
