教育訓練對組織績效的影響-以自來水公司為例

摘要


面對高科技與全球競爭的時代,組織要具有競爭優勢,人力資源的優劣具有相當關鍵的地位。組織成功獲得需能夠創造競爭優勢的人力資源的機制,便是透過教育、訓練與發展,來達成的個人與組織的學習。由於屬於國營事業的自來水事業,為自給自足的公司體制,自負盈虧,且自來水事業肩負許多政策性的任務與目標,與一般民營企業以營利為目的者不盡相同。因此就更應該重視組織教育訓練的課題。 本研究瞭解並歸納教育訓練、組織績效與組織特性之相關性分析,對於教育訓練方式之適合程度,根據實證研究來建議相關教育人員在於教育訓練計劃內容、課程規劃及適當配置方向,發揮教育訓練之效率與效能。本研究欲探討教育訓練對組織績效之間的關係,調查包含教育訓練、組織特性與組織績效三部份,主要採用封閉式問卷格式。共計回收問卷數為1,000份,有效樣本數為730份,有效問卷回收率約為73%。 研究結果發現,組織績效對工作狀況滿意度、模擬訓練及傳統訓練呈正相關,顯示當組織績效提昇時,工作狀況滿意度與知識獲取的程度皆會提昇。工作狀況滿意度對模擬訓練與傳統訓練呈正相關,顯示當工作狀況滿意度提昇時,其知識獲取的程度也會提高。

Faced with global competition and high-tech era, organizations have a competitive advantage, human resources with the advantages and disadvantages of the status of a key. Successful organizations need to be able to create a competitive advantage in human resources mechanisms, be through education, training and development, to achieve personal and organizational learning. Belonging to state-owned enterprises as a result of the Water is self-sufficient system, will be responsible for profit and loss, and many water utilities to shoulder the task of policy and objectives, and general private enterprises for the purpose of profit are not the same. There should be more emphasis on the subject of education and training organizations. In this study, understand and are summarized in education and training, organizational performance and organizational characteristics of the correlation analysis, the mode of education and training for the suitability of the recommendations based on empirical research related to education and training of educational personnel to plan, curriculum planning and appropriate allocation of the direction of education and training play a the efficiency and effectiveness. For this study to explore education and training on the relationship between organizational performance, the survey includes education and training, organizational characteristics and organizational performance in three parts, the main use of a closed questionnaire format. Total number of 1000 questionnaires were valid for 730 the number of copies of valid questionnaires was about 73% recovery rate. Study found that organizational performance satisfaction on the working conditions, simulation training and traditional training was a positive correlation, indicating when to enhance organizational performance, the working conditions of satisfaction and knowledge acquisition will increase the level of both. Satisfaction with working conditions of simulation training with traditional training was a positive correlation, indicating satisfaction with working conditions when upgrading, the extent of knowledge acquisition will improve.
