大專排球運動員目標取向與知覺教練領導行為之研究

A Study on Goal Orientation and Perceived Coach’s Leadership Behavior of College Vlleyball Athletes

摘要


本研究以參加九十八學年度大專排球聯賽的參賽球隊為受試對象,於2009年11月~2010年1月發放,總共發出問卷345份,實際回收263份,經剔除填答不清楚、漏填之無效問卷後,剩下有效問卷260份,以探討現階段大專排球運動員目標取向與知覺教練領導行為之差異情形。其研究結果發現如下: 一、大專排球運動員目標取向總體平均得分3.92,顯示本研究排球運動員是屬於高工作/高自我取向。 二、大專排球運動員知覺教練領導行為總體平均得分3.66,以「訓練與教學行為」最能知覺到教練領導的行為程度最深;而「社會支持行為」次之。 三、不同「性別」運動員在『目標取向』中無顯著差異;不同「年齡」運動員「目標取向-自我取向」構面有顯著差異存在(F=3.774;P<.05);不同「球齡」的運動員在『目標取向』中則無顯著差異。 四、不同「性別」運動員在『知覺教練領導行為』中達顯著性差異(P<.05),以「訓練與教學行為」、「社會支持行為」與「獎勵與讚賞行為」構面,女性運動員高於男性運動員;不同「年齡」中以19-21歲認同度最高,以「民主的行為」構面及「社會支持行為」構面有顯著差異存在(F=4.147;P<0.05)、(F=4.230;P<0.05);不同「球齡」中以球齡6-10年球員對於「權威的行為」構面有顯著差異(F=9.793;P<0.01)。

This study uses the 98 University Volleyball League Teams, in November 2009 ~ January 2010 release, a total of 345 questionnaires, 263 copies of the actual recovery of the remaining 260 valid questionnaires. University volleyball players of goal orientation and perceived leadership behavior between. The findings were as follows: I. University volleyball players goal orientation to the overall average score of 3.92, indicating volleyball players in this study are: high work / high ego orientation. Ⅱ. University volleyball players perceived coach’s leadership behavior to the overall average score of 3.66, in order to "training and instruction behavior" on the deepest level of coach leadership behavior; "social support behavior," followed. Ⅲ. "Gender" athletes "goal orientation" in no significant difference; different "age" athletes "target oriented - self-oriented" dimension in significant differences; different "global age" athletes "goal orientation" in the no significant difference. Ⅳ. "Gender" athletes "leadership behavior" showed significant differences in the "training and instruction behavior," "social support behavior" and "reward and appreciation of behavior" dimension, female athletes than male athletes; different "age" in the highest degree of identity to 19-21 years of age. "Democratic behavior" and "social support behavior" dimension in significant differences; different "global age" in to ball players aged 6-10 years for "acts of authority" dimension were significantly different.
