運動場館管理考量與阻礙因素之研究-以高雄縣國民中學為例

A Study on Factors of Management Consideration and Obstacle of Stadiums— Case Study of Junior High Schools in Kaohsiung County

摘要

本研究旨在瞭解目前高雄縣國民中學運動場館管理人員之管理現況，並探討運動場館開放使用的管理考量因素與阻礙因素，並提出具體建議，供學校與政府相關單位的參考。首先蒐集、研閱相關之理論文獻，以瞭解管理考量因素、阻礙因素的內涵，做為研究架構擬定之基礎；之後進行問卷選定，修訂與預試，再確定正式問卷後進行施測。本研究以高雄縣50所國中的總務主任與體育組長作為對象，實施問卷調查，並將調查資料逐一統計分析與討論。本研究結果顯示：1.現在高雄縣國民中學運動場館管理人員，以年資七年以上的男性為主，而學校在假日時都有開放籃球場給民眾使用。2.高雄縣國民中學運動場館管理人員認為運動場館管理考量因素很重要，值得去重視，尤其是運用發展層面。3.高雄縣國民中學運動場館管理人員對學校運動場館開放阻礙因素非常的在意，尤其是資源不足層面。4.管理考量因素並不受背景變項影響；但阻礙因素卻會因行政單位的態度和滿意度的不同而受影響。5.高雄縣國民中學運動場館管理人員之管理考量因素與阻礙因素呈現相關影響，即管理人員之管理考量因素越重視者，其阻礙因素影響就愈多。

This research is to explore the real situations of the management of school stadium administrators of Kaohsiung County. Furthermore, it is also conducted to discuss the factors of management considerations and obstacle of the open policy of school stadiums. Some suggestions are then brought up for school and related government authorities’ reference. On the basis of the collection and study of literature related to the topic, the framework of the research is set up to understand the contents of the factors of management consideration and obstacle. After the selection, revision, and pretests of samples of questionnaires, the formal questionnaire survey is then conducted. The objects of the study are deans of general affairs and section chiefs of physical education from 50 junior high schools in Kaohsiung County. After the questionnaire survey, the collected data are analyzed and discussed to bring up the following results. 1) The administrators of school stadiums of Kaohsiung County are mainly male teachers, who have worked in the school for at least seven years, and stadiums are open to the community on holidays. 2) The administrators the factors of management considerations are very important and thus worthy of emphasis, especially the application and development of school stadiums. 3) The administrators show deep concern for the factors of obstacles of the open policy of school stadiums, especially for the shortage of resources. 4) The factors of management are not influenced by background variables; however, the factors of obstacles are affected by the attitude and the satisfaction of the administrative officials. 5) The factors of management consideration and obstacle are interrelated; that is, the more emphasis the administrators put on the factors of management consideration, the more they will be influenced by the factors of obstacles.
