本研究旨在了解原臺中縣國民小學教師(以下簡稱國小教師)之國內旅遊現況,以及分析國小教師休閒旅遊動機與住宿需求考量因素間之相關情形,以供國小教師從事休閒旅遊活動與住宿選擇、主管教育行政機關策劃教師旅遊行程及國內旅遊住宿業者從事住宿經營管理之參考。本研究以原臺中縣165所公立國小教師為研究對象,採問卷調查法,編製「國民小學教師休閒旅遊動機與住宿需求考量因素之研究」問卷為研究工具,抽樣410名國小教師,回收392份問卷,扣除遺漏值問卷及無效問卷,有效問卷為387份。為達本研究目的及考驗假設需要,本研究將回收之有效樣本以描述性統計、項目分析、因素分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、薛費爾事後比較、典型相關等統計方法進行資料分析,結果發現: 一、國小教師國內旅遊現況的「旅遊率、旅遊次數、旅遊停留時間及住宿花費」等均比一般國人(遊客)來的高;教師旅遊較喜歡「自行開車」;旅遊的伙伴較喜歡與「家人」一起出遊;旅遊的同伴人數大多是「2-5人」;獲得旅遊資訊管道以「親友同事介紹」為最多;較喜愛的住宿類型為「一般觀光旅館」。 二、國小教師在休閒旅遊動機各構面的情形:不同性別在「身心健康」構面上有顯著差異;不同年齡在「自我學習」及「人際工作」二個構面上有顯著差異;不同婚姻狀況在「身心健康」構面上有顯著差異;不同服務年資在「創新體驗」構面上有顯著差異;不同職務在「自我學習」構面上有顯著差異;不同教育背景在「人際工作」構面上有顯著差異。 三、國小教師在住宿需求考量因素各構面的情形:不同性別在「交通指引」構面上有顯著差異;不同年齡在「外觀硬體」構面上有顯著差異;不同婚姻狀況在「外觀硬體」及「配套軟體」二個構面上有顯著差異;不同服務年資在「交通指引」構面上有顯著差異;不同職務在「配套軟體」構面上有顯著差異;而不同教育背景在住宿需求考量因素的五個構面上均無顯著差異。 四、國小教師的休閒旅遊動機與住宿需求考量因素具有正相關
The purposes of this study are to understand the domestic tourism situation of elementary school teachers in original Taichung County and the relationship between leisure tourism motivation and the accommodation demand factors in order to provide suggestions for educational institutions in making travel plans for teachers, and for domestic tourism operators in operating and managing accommodation business. This uses self-created study includes 165 public elementary schools in the original Taichung County, and questionnaire to survey 410 elementary school teachers. 392 questionnaires are collected and 387 are valid. Descriptive statistics, item analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé comparison, and canonical correlation analysis are used to analyzing the data. The results are as follows: 1. In the situation of domestic tourism, tourism rate, number of trips, tourism residence time and accommodation costs are higher for elementary school teachers than for the general people (tourists). Elementary school teachers are likely to travel by "self-driving " with "family members " in groups of "2-5 people ". Most of them gather travel information from "the introduction of their colleagues and relatives " and like to stay in "general tourist hotel". 2. As for the leisure tourism motivation, males and females are significant different in the "physical and mental health" dimension. People in different age groups are significant different in the "self-learning " and "interpersonal and work " dimensions . People with different marital status are significant different in the " physical and mental health " dimension . People with different years of teaching experience are significant different in the "innovation experience " dimension . People with different positions are significant different in the "self-learning " dimension. People with different educational backgrounds are significant different in the " interpersonal and work " dimension. 3. As for the accommodation demand factors, males and females are significant different in the "transportation guide" dimension. People in different age groups are significant different in the "appearance of the hardware " dimension. People with different marital status are significant different in the " appearance of the hardware " and "supporting software " dimensions. People with different years of teaching experience are significant different in the "transportation guide" dimension. People with different positions are significant different in the " supporting software " dimension. People with different educational backgrounds are not significant different in the five dimensions of the accommodation demand factors. 4. There is a significant positive correlation between leisure tourism motivation and accommodation demand factors for elementary school teachers.
