摘要

本研究旨在探討未婚女性接受人工流產手術前後的照護需求。採質性研究法，以立意取樣於南部某醫院共訪談十位未婚女性。研究老從手術前到手術後全和參與照護個案，手術後與個案進行三次深度會談。訪談內容以Colaizzi(1978)現象學研究法的分析，結果顯示照護需求共有五項，包括：「明確的告知手術的過程」、「手術過程的關懷與陪伴」、「手術時隱私的維持」、「手術後身體照顧的訊息」、「護理人員的接受與支持」。研究結果顯示接受人工流產手術的未婚女性在手術前後有許多照護需求，護理人員應加以重視。本研究內容可提供臨席護理人員參考，且文中所提出的相關議題亦可做本土婦女健康促進的參考。

The purpose of this research was to explore the care needs of unmarried women when undergoing induced abortion. The research was conducted by qualitative research and took 10 unmarried women as the study sample by purposive sampling. As a primary care nurse, the researcher took care of the cases from the beginning to the end of the operation. Data was collected by three in-depth interviews. The content of the interviews was analyzed and categorized. The results showed that the care needs of unmarried women could be divided into five themes: “sufficient explanation of the process of the operation”, “caring and accompanying through out the operation”, “maintaining privacy during the operation”, “providing information about self-care after abortion” and “nursing staff's acceptance and mental support”. As this research shows, the unmarried womens need of nursing care is growing, and nursing staff also need to pay more attention to their needs. The result's of this study can be applied as a reference for clinical nursing staff and for promoting women's health in Taiwan
