摘要

本研究目的即在（1）探討埤頭鄉、將軍鄉和美濃鎮三個示範鄉鎮農村文化發展工作模式。（2）分析並比較三組工作模式的異同點。（3）提出未來農村文化建設輔導模式的合適架構和做法。研究方法乃應用文獻分析、直接訪問及參與觀察等方式收集資料。依資料分析結果提出下列諸項論點和建議：1.農村文化發展需建立在農村民眾的日常行為模式，因此，農村民眾的互動關係成為發展文化的基本途徑。2.觸發鄉村教育人員來發展創新性農村文化內容是農村文化發展的必要工作方法。3.農會為主辦機構時，其農村文化發展工作應以產業文化為主，並儘量將產業文化和一般農村生活結合，讓農民既能產生利潤，又可進一步改進生活品質。4.輔導鄉鎮民間組織成立農村文化發展基金。5.各級政府機構應協調整合，以建立有利於鄉村民眾發展農村文化的環境助因，且應積極創作現代社會民眾所需學習的文化內涵，以擴大鄉村民眾的文化視野和學習範圍。

This study is to explore the cultural development experiences of three demonstrated rural areas as Pitou, Melung and Chiang-chun Hsiang and further to compare the characteristics of various rural culture activity patterns. Data collection being completed in terms of documental analysis, interview survey and participatiom observation.The conclusions and major implicative perspectives are:1. Rural culture being developed through the modification of daily life behavioral change by the way of social interaction which rural pepole have made.2. The necessity of initiating the cultural innovation of rural educations will aptly develop the new patterns of rural culture. 3. The integration of various cultural agencies in rural areas will provide assistance to develop self - help groups for reproducing innovative rural culture.
