摘要

本論文同時討論都市化過程中農村青年職業變遷及發展的理論概念及在臺灣的此種變遷與發展的經驗。其中有關理論概念的討論相對較多。為能表明農村青年的職業變遷與發展和都市化之間有密切的關係，本文乃先敘說當前全球性都市化的情勢，當為討論前指兩種關係的基礎。有關都市化過程中農村青年的職業變遷與發展之理論概念分成三大方面加以討論及說明：（一）都市化關聯職業結構變遷，而此一變遷可能影響農村青年的就業機會。（二）在都市化過程中農村青年職業變遷的問題及適應過程。（三）都市化過程中的農村青年職業發展方案。本研究使用參考文獻、實地觀察及邏輯思考等方法進行，但並無做一實地調查。

The paper presents both general theoretical concepts and experienced changes as well as developments of rural youths' jobs in Taiwan. But it has presented rather extensively the former than the latter.In order to emphasize relationships between changes and developments of rural youths' jobs and urbanization, this paper begins with presenting the situation of global urbanization as the background of the discussion.Important theoretical concepts on issues regarding changes and developments of rural youths' jobs in urbanization process cover three major aspects: (1) the link age between urbanization and job structure changes which may affect job opportunities for rural youth, (2) rural youth job changing problems and their adjustment process, (3) job development programs for rural youth in urbanization process.The study approach has been taken through reviewing literature, doing field observation and keeping logical thinking. But no specific field survey has been conducted.
