農業知識體系之研究—農業研究與學校教育之整合關係

The Study of Agricultural Knowledge System- The Integration among Agricultural Research and Teaching Institutions

摘要


農業知識體系是否依系統連結關係而形成有效的知識流動,是目前農業推廣學界興趣的主題,行動論者認為個別策進單位(機構)是以其行動需求而與他項單位產生互相整合,因此,預先的功能分化並不是解釋系統連結的唯一要件。本研究乃以農業研究和學校教育單位之整合關係為例,從單位人員的調查資料中,嘗試解釋國內農業知識體系所顯示的整合現象。知識地位和知識需要被選為只是整合關係的相關影響要素。研究發現,在農業研究機構之間,知識地位和知識需要的指示關係並不顯示機構間存在著功能分化後的系統整合,另一方面,知識需要所標示的行動論觀點也未能有效解釋研究機構間的知識流動。相對的,農業研究機構與學校教育機構(高職學校)之間,則明顯標示出功能分化後的系統整合關係。

Recently, the issue of synergy of agricultural knowledge system raises the discussion in the extension field. Activists argue that system synergy is dynamic reproduce by the terms of the knowledge needs in the of interactions among agencies. This perspecitves have challenged the view point of pre-determination of functional differentiation in the process of integration of subsystems of agricultural knowledge which functionists emphasize on. This study attempts to further analyze the reality of system synergy existed between research and teaching institutes by the interview of related personal of sample institutions. The findings point out that there are few of evidences to describe the dominant relation of system integration among the agricultural research institutions under the perspectives by the functionists. However, the manifested synergy relation still be operated in the knowledge flow between the agricultural research and agricultural-vocational teaching activities.
