農業產銷班組織效能之研究

A Study of Effectiveness of Agricultural Production and Marketing Groups

摘要


鑑於運用農業產銷班組織發揮產銷效能對促進農業發展十分重要,本研究乃使用質化研究方法中的紮根理論來探討六個產銷班組織效能的表現情況。具體的研究目的分為兩點:(一)探究農業產銷班組織效能的一般表現情形;(二)分析農業產銷班之間組織效能的差異。所用資料係於民國85年末至民國86年初,訪問六個花卉產銷班得來。農業產銷班組織效能的一般表現情形,共從十六方面加以分析,最後歸納成八個組織效能表現情形的概念指標, 即1.計畫目標,2.工作計畫,3.科層管理,4.穩定控制,5.開放參與,6.成員士氣,7.革新調適,8.支持成長。至於農業產銷班之間組織效能的差異,則從上列八項概念指標方面加以分析,最後發現不同產銷班之間,各方面的效能表現上都有差異現象存在。

In viewing the importance of extending effectiveness of agricultural production and marketing groups to agricultural development, the present study attempts to explore organizational effectiveness of six agricultural production and marketing groups by employing ground theory of the qualitative study method. Two concrete study objectives are: (1) to explore general status of organizational effectiveness of agricultural production and marketing groups; (2) to analyze differences of organizational effectiveness among different agricultural production and marketing groups. Data were collected by interviewing six flower production and marketing groups during late 1996 through early 1997.General status of organizational effectiveness of agricultural production and marketing groups were identified through analyzing sixteen aspects. Finally only eight indicator were induced. The eight indicator are: (1) planning objectives, (2) working effectiveness, (3) bureaucratic management, (4) stable control, (5)opening participation, (6) members' morale, (7) reforming adjustment, and (8) supported growth. The result of effectiveness differential analysis indicates that various agricultural production and marketing groups show differences in each aspect of effectiveness.
