教育性與契約性農業推廣之比較研究

摘要

教育性農業推廣以「教育」為手段，以達到人力資源發展的推廣目的；契約性農業推廣以「契約」為手段，以達到資訊與技術推廣的目的。此兩種性質的農業推廣對農民而言，最終極的目標都是增加經齊收入。也就是說，在農民看來是可以達成相同目的的兩種農業推廣方式，其本身的推廣手段與立意其實是各不相同的。於是，本研究擬針對此一思維，從機構、推廣人員與推廣對象等三個主體面向，分析探討其相對關係與推廣意涵，以解構農會教育性農業推廣、台糖公司契約性農業推廣與卜蜂公司契約性農業推廣的意義，並比較分析之。

To reach the objective of human resource development, there is ”educational method” in educational agriculture extension. In the other side, to reach the objective of informational and technical extension, there is ”contractual method” in contractual agriculture extension. To farmers, these two kind of agricultural extension method are roads going to improve their economic situation, but just having different kind of method and intention. So, we intend to discuss with three dimensions in this research. And they are ”agent”, ”extension affairs” and ”object” (farmer). However, we'll compare the structural meaning behind Farmer Association of educational agriculture extension, Taiwan Sugar Ltd. Com. and C. P. Group of contractual agriculture extension.
