農民使用網路化農業資訊需求與行為之研究

摘要

本研究針對農民網路化農業資訊之創新採用（innovation adoption）行為與需求進行調查，旨在瞭解當前農民經常使用的農業資訊傳播內容與媒介，以及農民對於所獲取農業資訊內容與傳播方式之需求及滿意程度，同時檢驗不同背景農民對農業資訊內容與取用媒介需求之差異程度，以及影響農民使用網路工具取用農業資訊之重要因素。研究結果發現雖然當前電腦網路設備普及，然而大多數農民在資訊取得方面仍多依賴已習慣使用的傳統大眾傳播媒體，而只有少數農民曾直接或間接經由電腦網路取用所需之農業資訊。在資訊需求類別方面，結果顯示市場資訊與農業新知為目前農民最為關心之農業資訊。而迴歸檢驗結果發現相同背景因素與媒介使用及資訊類別需求等對農民是否使用網路化農業資訊各有其影響程度。同時本研究亦發現雖然絕大部份農民表示未來有意願學習應用電腦網路來取得資訊，然而本身能力之限制，加上現有電腦網路教育訓練班訓練成效不佳，而網路上農業資訊內容豐富與實用程度亦不符合其需求，這些因素造成農民實際使用困難與真正學習應用意願不高。本研究最後亦針對上述發現歸納結論並提出如何提昇農業資訊傳播效益與改進農民應用農業資訊網路能力之理論與實務等相關建議。

The purpose of this study is to investigate nowadays, what kinds of contents and channels farmers use most in agricultural information communication process; how they are satisfied with the contents they get and the channels they access to agricultural information; as well as to what degrees they are applying web tools to access agricultural information as needed. Moreover, this study further identifies the relative influence that factors which influent farmers' behaviors in accessing web-based agricultural information and those factors have in farmers' web-tools application. This paper first describes related researches on the agricultural knowledge information system (AKIS) and communication; discuss the research methodology; and provides conclusions and implication for promoting the effectiveness of agricultural information communication and improving farmers' capabilities of applying agricultural information networks.
