摘要

以價購方式收集本省束部地區、南部地區及中部地區等各縣市出售之嬰兒食品，共計250件，其中國產貨150件、進口貨100件。依據中國國家標準檢驗生菌數，大腸稈菌群及夾雜物等項目。檢驗結果顯示250件檢體中不符嬰兒食品類衛生標準者佔14.0%，其中國產貨16.7%，進口貨10.0%，兩者經卡方分析，進口貨與國產貨之不符規定率並無顯著之差異，本調查發現國產貨不符規定原因包括夾雜物檢出，大陽稈菌群陽性或生菌數超過5.0×10^4CFU/g，而進口貨則全為夾雜物檢出。

A number of 250 baby foods were purchased from eastern, southern and central parts in Taiwan, 150 samples were local commodity and 100 samples were imported. the Viable total count, coliform test and foreign matter were tested according to official methods of CNS. The results showed 14.0% of tests were failed to meet the hygienic standard.
The cause of failure in imported baby foods was due to the containing of foreign matter in the test samples, however the local commodities were found to be high in viable count and coliform positive in addition to foreign matters.
