Amoxicillin Trihydrate Reference Standard of National Laboratories of Foods and Drugs
摘要
本文為藥物食品檢驗局對照標準品Amoxicillin trihydrate（批號C-l）之力價標定報告。其標定方法係將取得之原料藥與U. S. P．標率品比對，作微生物力價測定，所得之結果為每mg之Amoxicillin trihydrate含Amoxicillin力價847.1μg。

The ”Amoxicillin trihydrate Reference Standard” (Lot. No. C-1) of the National Laboratories of Foods and Drugs was prepared. The Potency was determined by microbiological agar diffusion method. The results against the U. S. P. Reference standard were established with a potency of 847.1μg per mg. It was determined that this will serve as the ”Amoxicillin Trihydrate Reference Standard”.
