本實驗共分為三個研究主題。首先探討最適合猿輪病毒SA-11病毒斑點測定之條件,SA-11與20μg/ml acetyl-trypsin作用後,再在overlay medium中加入1~2μg/ml trypsin之效價最好,其次對SA-11在海水之穩定性加以探討,發現SA-11在21g/Kg鹽度海水中之存活較好。再次對牡蠣中SA-11檢驗法加以探討,其結果回收率僅有9.3%。
Three topics were concerned in this study: (1) Searching for optimal condition for SA-11 plaque assay on MA-104 cell line, SA-11 was treated with 20μg/ml acetyl-trypsin, and with 1-2μg/ml trypsin added in overlay medium gave highest titer. (2) Stability of SA-11 in estuarine water was studied, it survived best in sea water with salt concentration 21g/kg. (3) Method for recovering SA-11 from oyster was also discussed, yet recovery rate was only 9.3%.
