市售冷燙劑之品質調查
An Investigation on the Quality of Marketed Cold Perms
摘要
為了解市售冷燙劑之品質，於八十六年九月至八十七年三月間，由本省23縣市衛生局，自其轄內抽樣冷燙劑共105件，逕送本局進行檢驗，除1件含副胱氣酸(Cysteine)外，其餘104件均為以硫醇基乙酸(Thioglycolic acid)或其鹽類為主成分之二劑式冷燙劑。分別檢驗第一、二劑之pH值、主成分之鑑別、含量測定，以及測量第一劑之鹼度等，檢驗所得結果第一劑依本署86.5.20．衛署藥字第86030828號公告，第二劑依本署87.6.10，衛署藥字第87032508號公告予以判定。結果顯示，6件(5.7%)不合格，97件(92.4%)合格，2件不判定。然產品標示方面未臻理想，其標示未完全符合化粧品衛生管理條例第六條規定者，達68件(64.8%)，僅37件(35.2%)為完全符合規定。本調查係本局之比較檢驗，曾於八十七年十二月二十四日發布新聞在案。

In order to assess the quality of marketed cold perms, 105 samples were purchased in the Taiwan area from Sept.1997 to March 1998. The variables examined in the first and the second lotions of cold perms included: (1) pH value, (2)identification and determination of active ingredients, and (3) the alkalinity of the first lotion only. The results showed that only 6 samples did not comply with relative regulations.
