化粧品含Hexachlorophene之調查
Investigation of Hexachlorophene in Cosmetics
摘要
為了解臺灣地區市售痱子粉、體香劑、洗面乳中是否含有已公告禁止使用之成分”Hexachlorophene”，自八十七年九月至八十七年十一月間，由臺北市、高雄市、臺北縣、臺中市、嘉義縣、嘉義市、臺南市、宜蘭縣、花蓮縣及臺東縣等各縣市衛生局、所人員，前往美容專櫃、美容材料行、百貨公司、藥物等，抽送進口及國產檢體共122件至本局。檢驗結果均未檢出Hexachloroph ene成分，消費者可安心使用。經檢查外包裝標示，不符合化妝品衛生管理條例第六條規定及行政院衛生署公告者共10件。標示不符規定者，均已送交地方衛生機關，依違反化妝品衛生管理條例之規定予以行政處分。本調查係本局之比較檢驗，曾於八十八年五月十八日發布新聞在案。

In order to determine the quality of cosmetic products, 122 samples w ere collected from Taiwan area. The results showed that hexachlorophene was not detect ed in 122 samples. The results also found that the labels of 10 samples violated offcial regul ations. The results highly suggest the work of regulatory declaratio n need to be currently strengt hen.
