摘要

本局於八十七年七月至八月間於全省北、中、南、東四區之傳統及超級市場抽購魩仔魚共107件，其中57件購自於傳統市場，50件購自於超級市場。依中國國家標準「食品中防腐劑之檢驗方法－薑黃試紙檢驗法」及行政院衛生署公告「食品中螢光增白劑－二胺基二苯乙烯及其衍生物之檢驗方法」進行硼酸及其鹽類及螢光增白劑檢驗。檢驗結果107件檢體均未檢出硼酸及其鹽類及螢光增白劑。本調查係本局之比較檢驗，曾於八十七年十月十四日發布新聞在案。

From July 1998 to August 1998, a total of 107 samples of boiled larval fish were obtained. Total samples consisted of 57 samples obtained from traditional markets and 50 samples were collected from supermarkets.
The results showed that neither borax nor fluorescent whitening agents were present in the 107 boiled larval fish samples tested.
