本調查於台北地區價購升麻、箄薢、苦參根、狗脊、栝蔞根、黨參、蒼朮、枇杷葉、牛蒡子、刺蒺藜、威靈仙、玉竹、桂枝、桑葉、澤蘭、淡竹葉、烏藥、地骨皮、紫苑、白茅根等二十種中藥材,每種藥材各20件,計400件之檢體,就乾燥減重、總灰分、酸不溶性灰分、稀醇抽提物及水抽提物等項目進行試驗。另亦透過台灣區製藥公會會員廠,搜集各中藥廠依本調查之各項分析方法檢驗並提供上述二十種藥材相關實驗數據,再加上彙集文獻中相關之檢驗資料一併歸納整理。綜合以上結果,二十種藥材中,每種藥材各檢體之五項試驗結果,與其M±S.D.值比較,其中乾燥減重、總灰分、酸不溶性灰分三項之試驗值分佈低於其M+S.D.值者,以及稀醇抽提物、水抽提物兩項之試驗值分佈高於其M+S.D.值者,即單一藥材二十件檢體之五項檢驗結果皆尚屬分佈於合理範圍之藥材,僅有枇杷葉、威靈仙及地骨皮等三種中藥材。其餘包括升麻等十七種中藥材,每種藥材二十件檢體均有一至四項之試驗結果,其試驗值超出M.+S.D.或低於M-S.D.值之百分率超出合理範圍。本實驗以此等數據為藍本,以統計學原理訂定一約可涵蓋84.13%檢體之數據,作為上述二十種藥材各項試驗之參考規格值,以供參考。
In this investigation, twenty types of marketed Chinese herbs including Cimicifugae Rhizoma、Dioscoreae sativae Rhizoma、Sophorae Radix、Cibotii Rhizoma、Trichosanthis Radix、Codonopsitis Radix、Atractylodis Lanceae Rhizoma、Eriobotryae Folium、Arctii Fructus、Tribuli Fructus、Clematidis Radix、Polygonati Officinalis Rhizoma、Cinniamomi Ramulus、Mori Folium、Lycopl Herba、Lophatheri Herba、Linderae Radix、Lycii Radicis Cortex、Asteris Radix Et rhizoma、Imperatae Rhizoma were analyzed. Analysis of loss on drying, diluted ethanol-soluble extractive, water-soluble extractive, total ash and acid-insoluble ash of herbs were performed. To summarize the above survey results of the five tests done for each herb, the produced values compared with their M+S.D. or M-S.D., the three herbs that displayed a reasonable distribution in their test results were Eriobotryae Folium, Clematidis Radix, and Lycii Radicis Cortex. The other seventeen herbs displayed an unreasonable distribution in response to one to four of the five tests performed. Based on the data obtained, this experiment is able to generate a statistic value that can cover most of the reasonable data. This data can further be served as a remarkable estimation value for the future testing on the above twenty types of herbs.
