開放式防砂壩對土石流防治功效之探討

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF DEBRIS FLOW CONTROL WITH OPEN DAM

摘要


以開放式防砂壩作為土石流災害之攔阻工法,具有降低土石流尖峰泥砂體積濃度、減少土石流流出總量、調節土石流流量及分離土石流粗顆粒等功效。經試驗資料分析結果顯示,梳子壩可以在擁有較大的開口間距下,攔阻多量的土砂礫石,而A型梳子壩能有效地降低土石流之流速,至於立體梳子壩則在分離土石流粗顆粒方面呈現良好之效果。

Open dam such as grid or silt type can be effectively used for debris-flow disasters control. The major function of open dam may be attributed to the debris flow, (1) it will decrease the peak solid concentration, (2) it will adjust the outflow discharge, (3) it will reduce the total volume of outflow, (4) it will detach the bigger gravel from debris flow. The results obtained from the experimental data were as follows: 1. The amount of debris-flow sediment can be accumulated by silt dam in the higher relative width between the span of silt and respectively the maximum diameter of debris flow. 2. A-type silt dam has the best effect for decreasing the velocity of debris flow among open dams. 3. The bigger gravel of debris flow can be effectively detached from grid type dam.
